Natú, a hybrid project for its horizontality and verticality, is conceptualized by seeking to adapt to the terrain and thus modify the natural topography to the minimum, which allows the use of the views towards “Parque del Este”. Likewise, it is proposed to incorporate green areas to each housing unit through garden slabs. The volumetry and aesthetic quality is favored by the presence of its natural counterpart, seeking to provide a particular experience through the integration of natural ecosystems as circuits within the project.

The location of the project is an irrevocable quality, since it is located next to the Parque del Este, this park is a green area with steep slopes and natural routes, due to this situation it was proposed that the project be inscribed within the perimeter of this tree-lined area , functioning as a visual attraction but also, there are studies that prove that being surrounded by greenery or simply visualizing, smelling and hearing sounds coming from natural environments, the heart rate stabilizes, can considerably improve the quality of life of a person and Emotional comfort

The volumetry of the building is proposed to adapt to the natural topography of the site, generating the least possible impact and allowing the land to give shape to the architectural work, green terraces are designed in each of the apartments, it is sought to link the natural context with the architectural context, inserting natural spaces and plant elements not only inside each apartment but also in common areas.
