Article source: Insada Integrated Design Team Pakubuwono Signature is a luxury Multi-Family Residential project located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. For the residential lobby on ground floor and basements, INSADA brings a modern, fresh interpretation of the Art Deco ornaments and aesthetics. The aim of this design is the bring balance within the decorative elements that are utilized to bring out an interior statement of glamour while modernized geometric patterns serves to simplify geometry and bring elegance to existing structures. Interplay of materiality also appears in the lobby area between the welcoming nature of deep colored wooden veneer and the striking metal, custom decorative lighting, and artworks.  Image Courtesy © Insada Integrated Design Team While the library, spa area in Pakubuwono carries the same interior design language of the lobby, the Solarium becomes an contrasting accent room within the ground floor with much darker color palette. The solarium serves as a waiting area for guests and has the premium ground floor view to the outdoor pool. Contemporary furniture are carefully selected so that it minimizes obstruction from the indoor-outdoor space.
