Article source: STIPFOLD The residential building design demonstrates a meticulous focus on integrating green spaces and recreational areas throughout an entire structure; mid section of the first three floors, which are designated for parking, is hollowed out to make space for the trees. A spacious ground floor is apportioned to a recreational zone with a swimming pool and is enclosed by the sliding glass doors. The third floor functions as a recreational area. A wooden texture paneling emphasizes the prominence of verdancy within the design. Shared rooftop also represents a green zone with a panoramic view of the city.
