The new hotel consists of 35 rooms arranged in 5 different floors. The guest’s experience takes place on an intimate space of approximately average of 80 sqm carefully designed to detail. Consciously having a historical building as a base, the interior design combines a sophisticated aesthetic with a more playful one in order to achieve its unique character.

The common areas are of particular importance. Specially the interior patio, where one can enjoy the garden, swimming pool and bar away from the street noise.

The neutral choice of colors as well as the attention paid to detail, such as the custom made carpets coming straight from India, make of the palace an intimate and unique space. Everything is carefully chosen and custom made for each spot, always staying true to the essence of the existing construction.

The entrance is through a carriages gate. The moldings and joinery ennoble the main access and enhance the height of the spaces. In the background, some vegetation from the patio looms. The reception desk is located in one of the hotel main spaces: the staircase, crowned by a luminous skylight. The rehabilitation of the stairs structure adds to the verticality of the void through the artificial lighting design.
