Man of design office duties doesn’t have enough money. But though I offered a real estate and housing, I usually felt a doubt in contradiction one doesn’t possess. When some land was found in localness Higashimurayama-shi and the budget set was done on probation while spending such every day, cost per tsubo was to cut 600,000, and the income and expenditure plan they seem to reach somehow was being seen. The one produced in such was the spatial structure based on the one room where settlement isn’t made the plane direction. After a clear front door as well as a partition weren’t made and pit space was established in an opening which faces the south which is a center lighting face, an entrance like a private house has been finished. That the ceiling stairs with a wellhole and xylem expose, the slope ceiling where the height changes and the loft at which a child is excited are 8 kinds of room height, 3 kinds of ceiling completion produces an area of each place. The situation that you can’t pay for the cost invents the living which always feels the family’s voice, and a person in neighborhood drops in at opened pit space to wait, and small talk and sharing of a gift are performed, and a small community is supporting. I have a garage sale while living in this housing from now on and a house will be opened as a gallery, and if, I’m thinking I’ll expand living and the width of the how to use variously. I’m thinking when low cost housing can also indicate such new housing image which produces the family with I’m on good terms and gives the pleasure to a town from now on.
