The main objective of this housing project is the privacy and its integration in the environment. The horizontal volume is oriented by the views and sun path.
The project aims to develop the maximum facade length by occupying the whole plot from north to south that gives the house a sensation of great horizontal size.
The proportion of the openings gives a unified and elegant aspect to the house, without revealing what is going on behind.
The exterior area will be urbanized in its immediate surroundings and the rest will be treated in the most natural way by respecting the natural land and vegetation.
This project strives to exceed the established green building standards recommended until now by the use of renewable technologies, recycled materials and the building orientation.
