Foshan Vanke Yiduhui (current name: Vanke Creative Commune) is a group of riverside buildings located in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan. It integrates apartments and commerce, and is committed to creating a fashionable and vibrant community for young people. The land area of the project is 13,986 square meters, the total construction area is 78937 square meters, the plot ratio is 4.5, and the base area is 5590 square meters. The creative office building area is 24,240 square meters, the apartment building area is 33,060 square meters, and the commercial building area is 5,637 square meters. The design arranges the super high-rise along Foping Road, and the two high-rise towers form a group layout to strengthen the iconic city image and give the apartment a good view of the landscape and living experience. The project needs to maximize the design quality under strict cost control.

Why determine the color window strategy? Cost control-color unitized facade. Color paint is combined with perforated metal plate, and the cost is controllable. The unitized façade ensures uniformity, and at the same time, the basic unit can be carefully carved to control the cost of mass production. Appearance of positioning-the sense of liveliness brought by the rich colors, in response to the owner’s young positioning. Highlight the active and lively characteristics of users, making the building a reflection of the user’s identity. Connotation thinking – The architecture of the last century was constrained by resources and mentality, and the use of colors was generally conservative. The more open and obvious contemporary characteristics of the times can be more expressed in colorful buildings. Color is one of the artistic methods used by architects in the process of architectural design. It pays attention to the application skills of color in architectural design, and at the same time discusses the style tendency and form characteristics of architectural color design from the conceptual level.

Why is the color ratio determined? Integrating into the urban tone – The project is located in the central area of the Guangfo metropolitan area. In response to the urban development strategy of “Guangfo RBD” (Leisure Business District), it needs to be stylish and concise, and the detailed design strives to improve quality and sophistication. Therefore, the overall requirements are integrated into the tone of the city, and the color area needs to be restrained and orderly. The color design should distinguish levels. Black, white and gray, mainly white is used for the main decoration and function parts, as the white frame of the first level, and the color retreats to the second level as the color of the partition wall. Clean and orderly-How to maintain order and simplicity while increasing the color gradation and richness? The facade needs to be more condensed in form. The layout and service scope of the air conditioner’s exterior unit, and the arrangement of the air conditioning pipes are all delicately integrated into the facade design. While ensuring convenient maintenance, it is beautiful, clean and orderly.

Why determine the color choice? Statement of Individuality-The colors of tall buildings are from bottom to top, starting from red and gradually changing along the color circle. Choose red on the ground floor to form a contrasting color with the surrounding greenery, making the building stand out from the environment. The details are distinguished-the volume of the two towers is relatively small, and the two floors adopt a horizontal gradient. The change of the direction of color change and the change of the facade style make the details of the color design richer. On the city scale, it echoes the tonality of the surrounding environment; on the street scale, it shows the identity of the community; on the unit scale, unique colors reflect individuality. The project not only fits the young aesthetics, but also grasps the contemporary youth’s life philosophy of \”similarities, small differences, internal quality and externality\”, and completed the design internally.

Just like Dushe’s projects, the wall section and the actual completed photos and nodes can be one-to-one correspondence. It embodies the precise control from design to construction, and what you draw is what you get. It not only requires the design concept to attach importance to implement ability; it also requires the experience in accurately grasping the difficulty and difficulty of construction; it is also a manifestation of the ability to closely coordinate with all parties in the industrial chain and coordinate in the design promotion project. Combining the installation method of air-conditioning and the changes of air-conditioning hundred pages and railings to create an original facade style.
