The house located on the coast of the state of Bahia, Brazil, has 831.22m² of built area on a plot of 3,288m². The construction carried out from scratch prioritized the maximum use of space as possible, with a focus on exuberant natural lighting, spaciousness and integration of the rooms, comfort and high quality in all aspects of the project, in addition to exclusivity in its execution.

The project was carried out for a large family that likes to receive friends and family for get-togethers and various celebrations. A house that could accommodate the maximum number of guests in a refuge full of natural landscapes and that would refer to tranquility and coziness. The challenge was to conceive a project that integrated the environments and their characteristics, while having private, modulated and exclusive spaces for everyone.

The starting point was the natural beauty of the place. The combination of rustic and modern elements form what is most precious in the house, not to mention the exuberant view that can be admired from various environments, such as the living, dining, gourmet, deck, swimming pool, and the bedrooms on the upper floor. The land and the project form a unique and particular symbiosis, and bring a unique beauty to the place.

The combination of rustic and traditional elements of Bahia, with modern and practical solutions and details, added to the breathtaking view of the sea, result in a cheerful and engaging atmosphere. All specially designed with Brazilian touches, such as the burnt cement floor in white, the wooden decks and the pool with a finish that imitates the sand of the beach.

The years of experience of David Bastos and his team at DB Arquitetos translates the delivery aimed at the best quality and greater durability in the constructions of their projects, aiming at trust, maximum customer satisfaction and exclusivity. Combinations that carry a very characteristic identity of the office.
