Precise architectural lines, mindbending form aesthetics in suit with ideal implementation
YODEZEEN architectural and design studio has carried out a project of apartments in the historic downtown of Kyiv. This time designers and architects united modern classics with Empire elements.
The historic background of the area
The new completed project of YODEZEEN studio is located in the historic area of Kyiv, in a city borough called Lypky, on Instytutska Street one of the oldest town gates. Since 2014, part of Instytutska Street has been renamed as Heroiv Nebesnoi Sotni Alley homage to the events that took place in the city during the revolution 6 years ago.
A unique timber-frame building is being built in the heart of Utrecht in three months. In December of this year, a new residential tower of 12m high with 6 tiny apartments and 2 workspaces will be built in the Monicahof. Ready for the new residents and built entirely of wood.

With landscaping as an elemental force in driving the design – Rangoli Greens, Jaipur adds the much-needed 5.5 acres of green space required in the Pink City of Jaipur. Sited away from the pink city with a total of 10,96,483 sq. ft. built-up area, this high-end residential development is situated on the outskirts of Jaipur. A housing establishment that is meticulously thought and designed for the residents, Rangoli Greens brings a wave of new-age apartments bridging the gap between nature and users. All the units of the establishment are planned to be open from three sides. Hence, the fresh air from the windows and the balcony add a soothing element to all abodes and a tinge of a healthy lifestyle.
The reopening of the site of the Seine Paper Mills is a historic event for Nanterre, due to its size – a plot of over 17 hectares with a single tenant – its place in the memory of the town, its unique location on the banks of the river, the quality of access offered, and its proximity to one of the loveliest parks developed on the banks of the Seine in the last few years. From all points of view, the site is a rare resource.

The project propose a modern architectural solution able to reestablish a continuity with the city’s public landscape and the other surrounding buildings, consolidating the relationship between the building and the public spaces.
spacelovers was founded by an innovative and experienced team based in Lisbon, Portugal. They created their firm to embody the attitude of intervening in buildings, in a technically informed way, connoisseurs of the difficulties and potentialities of each building, to transform them into valued spaces.
The 123m² apartment is located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It was developed for a young couple, who requested a complete renovation of the property. Customers wanted a sophisticated, cozy and integrated project in common areas.
Boasting Beijing’s duality of ‘Modern vs. Historic’, André Fu Studio undertook the key public areas, as well as four show apartments for the residence that shall feature a curated André Fu Living collection.
André seeks to portray his personal interpretation of the city’s historic heritage in a modern manner. Drawing from historical and traditional references such as The Forbidden City, Hutong valleys, the residues of fortifications which date back several millennia, these are the distinct characteristics within the city that Fu seeks to celebrate Beijing’s unique sense of place.
