The project, situated at Suzhou International Science Park China, is mainly intended for employees working in the industrial park. As the second MEICAN ZONE Innovative Office Cafeteria in China, with the earlier one in Shanghai, it carries forward MEICAN ZONE’s typical color palette of black and yellow, features a modern and minimalist design style, and aims to provide efficient and convenient catering services as well as enable people to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant dining experience via digital hardware, personalized products and user-friendly services.
ESKEMA arquitectos made an interior design project for this offices answering to the brand´s specific challenges. The program was organized to have all services and private areas in the same space favoring the open space location towards the façade so everybody enjoys the view and the natural light.
The materials and setting dictate the different uses and areas of the office, the polished concrete floor was used for circulations and the reception. For the remaining areas solid colors carpet was used playing with dynamic patterns that added motion. In the meeting rooms red was selected as the main color combined with grays to enhance creativity, vitality and drive. In the working area shades of blue were used aiming for a more trustworthy and reassuring space.

EDDA Architecture which has a different approach in office projects with its transparent and flowing design concept is designing the interiors of the new Management Office building for Imak Ofset which is located in Esenyurt. Departments that are set-up around social areas located at the centre create an enjoyable environment for the employees and a design raising the motivation of the employees to the highest level is targeted with colours, materials and interior landscape works.
The project is divided into two main areas: One dedicated on the highly focussed tasks with large community wooden tables.
And the other one, being a more living and creative area, offering traditional meeting spaces, as well as a library with lounge seating arragement, an organic cafeteria with frozen moss panels along with a giant & immersive wall paper which helps to disconnect.
The color palette has been carrefully selected around a familly settled greens to bring freshness and emphasize the purpose of each room.

More attractive for the staff was the goal of the project. The atmosphere of the former company cafeteria of the 1990s was anonymous and had a cool effect.
The new color concept in black and white, with color accents in different shades of green, provides a fresh and regenerating effect. An improved lighting and acoustic concept create a warm and pleasant indoor climate. The wood-clad gallery and staircase refer to the existing wooden doors and windows.
The challenge with Pernod Ricard was to bring conviviality into the office space. By redesigning the traditional workplace as an open space, the premises have become the preferred grounds for workshops, collaboration and relaxation. The space adapts to every way of working, balancing connection and disconnection, shifting between quiet places to focus and collaborative areas, thereby meeting each employee’s needs. It is a convergence center for social innovation, a place-based hub of ideas, people, and strategies.
The project consists of the interior design of the Edge Innovation Center, a new aspirational and status business destination in Egypt. It is located in Giza’s Galleria40, a brand new retail and business complex.
The client wanted to create a unique, high-end workplace environment, conceived to be Cairo’s premier business and conferences facility. Edge provides a flexible, modern, and premium workspace to entrepreneurs, individuals, start-ups, fast-growing businesses, large companies, and agencies.
Cultural units involve a center of urban creation and experimental economies, based on the transformation of a vandalized construction.
The intervention proposes to confront the need for collective spaces, as a result of the evidence of huge gaps and precarious structures, common in the center of the city. Betting to occupy a building violated during street protests, for its rescue as cultural infrastructure, articulating a series of initiatives driven by groups of artists and local communities.
The area of intelligent medical islands is 34 hectares. Once constructed, the project will be the demonstration base of Shanghai intelligent medical innovation, creating more than 500,000 sqm working area for intelligent medicine subdivisions such as intelligent apparatus, precision medicine, testing and R&D, Stem Cell and Regenerative Research, etc.
