The aim of the competition is to propose new exhibition spaces for the Prague Congress Centre (KCP), that would be used for different purposes, such as conventions, concerts and other social events.
An important condition will be the modernisation – extension – of the convention facilities that will fully meet the high demands of the organising events. The proposal should aim to create a contemporary added value to a building belonging to the architectural heritage of the 1970 ́s. A key aspect therefore will be the connection between the proposed extension and the existing KCP building.
Located by the Yunlong Lake in Xuzhou, occupying over a million square metres, the launched project Vanke Future Town is a grand community with abundant landscape resources, wherein the demonstration area, as the first set of architectures to make an entrance to the land, will set the tone for the whole ongoing project.
The sales exhibition centre (which will later be converted into a community centre) is designed to be in proportion with and reflects the vast scale of Future Town and the geographical structure of the city.

New Iconic Tower Will be a Landmark of Manila We have won an international design competition for a new iconic building of Bonifacio Global City, in the heart of Manila, Philippines. The tower is a magnificent high-rise that will transform the skyline of Manila.
The tower features a large public plaza with a canopy of dense trees, state of the art workspaces, restaurants, a civic center with exhibition spaces and a spectacular public observatory at the top. The tower is designed to set an example for how tall buildings should give back to cities and its people and how to revitalize an entire area.
The design proposal has a height of 308 meters, and the novel profile is designed to redefine the skyline of Bonifacio as a global city and of Manila. At night, the tower will resemble a lighthouse for the city with its illuminated pinnacle. During the day, the tower will provide a public observatory with spectacular views.
The physical impact of books has been important in terms of my entire formation. The first books that fascinated me were the fairy tales of Grim illustrated by Gustave Doré. I still remember the physical nature of those books as one of the strongest memories of my entire life. In the 1950s I would spend time in the library of the Stedelijk Museum – almost like in a living room. My first intersection of writing and architecture was Delirious New York, which I wrote in the New York Public Library, going through microfilms, old newspapers, and books. I made one particular seat my own, almost day and night.

With the construction of new buildings, facades and overhangs, as well as upgrading of the outdoor spaces and enhancing the visual expression strengthens the functional and architectural context of Denmark’s largest fair and exhibition area and establishes a new coherent guest experience.
The overall plan establishes a new centre that, with its simple geometry, landscape and planting, structures the entire exhibition area in a simple and clear manner.
Closely integrated with the area in front, the new arrivals building couples directly onto the existing Jyske Bank Boxen. The building will serve as a meeting place, waiting-area and open space for 2.500-3.000 people, and it may also serve as a stage for smaller, independent events.

I found enormous silos, a tall smokestack, four kilometres of underground tunnels, and machine rooms in good shape. This was twenty five years ago and it was my first encounter with the Cement Factory.
I already imagined future spaces and noticed that the different aesthetic and plastic tendencies that had developed since World War 1 were present in this factory.
Going to school in a wooded environment where it’s all about sustainability. Het Dok is a new community school where kids can learn and play safely, and where nature is tangible both outside and in every class room. Natural materials, fresh air and lots of daylight were the most important starting points for the design.
Community school Het Dok comprises a primary school, a day care center, a nursery school, a sports hall, a music school, and exhibition and multifunctional spaces. These functions are divided between the ground floor and the first floor, and are directly connected with the circular courtyard. The complex has a natural and comfortable appearance because of its wooden construction.
This headquarters building is designed to be a gateway to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park in Zhuhai, China, with leasable offices, an exhibition centre, a service centre, meeting venues and commercial amenities.
Zhengzhou Linkong Biopharmaceutical Park is the largest innovative and entrepreneurship base for R&D and production of life science and biotechnology in Henan Province, China. Its innovation, cutting-edge and unlimited potential for development are all important factors for designers to consider.
The curvilinear passage that one can roam about serves as the life axis and connects the north and the south of the park. The exhibition center of elliptical form, whose design is integrated into the central landscape, is located in the center of the axis. Its well-arranged layering and sense of quality make it the landmark building that precedes the construction of the park.
