HKSAR Government Headquarters is located at the historical site of Tamar, a former naval dockyard. It is an intricately composed Government Complex, integrating three principal facilities: the HKSAR Government Offices, the Chief Executive’s Office and the Legislative Council Complex. The design projects a unifying composition, while each facility maintains its identity and expression befitting to its function.

About the Work, About the Job
ST customer since 2008 when we did the previous headquarters in São Paulo. In early 2011 there was a need for expansion of existing 250m2 to a larger area . Participate from the selection of properties , the Fit Test , and later Architecture Project Management Work. The property found was 560 m2 , in the Brooklyn neighborhood of São Paulo .
The Head Office of Renson already was from the realisation a landmark along the highway. The successful concept, designed by Jo Crepain was in 2003 awarded with the FAB Energy Award and in 2009 with the Green Good Design award. To add a major expansion was an exceptional architectural challenge. The design of the expansion was again entrusted to Crepain Binst Architecture and consciously in the same spirit and architectural force worked out as the already existing.
The project of renovation of the CAF (Colegio de Administradores de Fincas), the Association of Licensed Property Administrators in Malaga, results from a purely collaborative work, where ideas from three independent professional studios merge in accordance with the CAF board of directors as agent involved in expressing the inherent needs and managing the consequent solutions.
The new headquarters of the Catalan Institute of Economists of Barcelona occupies a narrow site with380 m²(1,247 ft²) of surface area and32 meters(105 ft.) of street frontage at the far end of the Plaza Gal·laPlacídiaadjacent to Via Augusta. Once the urban reformation of the plaza is completed, the site will overlook a pedestrian space of 145 x45 meterswith trees, and will be bordered by the formerly mentioned street.
