The interior renovation of the Swiss-based Schindler Elevator Corporation transforms an existing mundane 1970’s office building into a distinctive U.S. Headquarters. Schindler’s objective was to create an interior environment that expressed the minimal and purist design aesthetics of its Swiss engineering heritage. Schindler’s corporate mission is to safely move millions of people each day with their elevators and escalators throughout the world. Inspired by contemporary artists working with light and color to illustrate space and movement, our design creates a series of one point perspective ‘mise en scènes’ that abstractly explore movement and displacement.

An architectonic punctuation at an exposed site of the city – a new and distinctive Entree to the city – a future oriented potential for development for the whole area.
Putting a company into the spotlight means transforming a philosophy into architecture. The ‘black panther’s does not only recount the story of the company but he emotionalises, he describes a vision and makes it physically and sculpturally ascertainable. Where Design and shape evolve, ideas emerge and become manifest in mass. Elegant and smooth, the ‘black Panther’s composes eagerness and speed to the urban architecture. His watchful eyes attend the street – movement and silhouette merge in the dance of the forces and the night.
The new headquarters of the Decos Technology Group in Noordwijk (NL) has recently officially been opened. It will initiate a new era for this international company having a custom-made workspace to encourage the use and apply their own innovative technologies. The commission for the building was acquired by Inbo Architects from the Netherlands in a competition between renowned Dutch offices. The new headquarters has been designed to symbolize the intangible cutting-edge technologies the company develops and uses, ensuring the leading position Decos has through their companies philosophy.
The Fares Cândido Lopes new building, the headquarters of Ceará Department of Sports and the Architecture and Engineering Department, is part of the first phase of the Castelão Arena project. The complex, located in Fortaleza – State of Ceará, represents the northeast of the country as one of the host cities that will receive the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™. Recently the stadium was also selected to host the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013™, being highlighted by the speed of its construction.
The corporate headquarters of Berlinwasser Holding AG are located in one of the oldest urban quarters of Berlin, the area surrounding the Molkenmarkt plaza. The exceptional building speaks a language all its own, its architecture reflecting the forms prevalent in expressionism and cubism. In addition, images of architecture as found in science fiction and fantasy novels, modern aesthetic principles as established by computer graphics, and the formal language of product design have all contributed to a building that could also be termed an event.

The project accommodates the headquarters of two companies in Paris – PONS and HUOT – with totally fifteen executives. Consequently the unit has seven individual rooms for each director and one open-space-office for the remaining eight clerks. In addition there is one (divisible) meeting-room, a common recreational room, a kitchen, rest rooms, and, at the special request of the patron, lush vegetation all over the main space.
A landmark architecture with dynamic-sculptural and technical-innovative form that promotes the values of ThyssenKrupp. Axes span spiral-like in all directions creating a centrifugal field that forms the outline of the buildings and the surrounding landscape. This spatial development evokes images of dune landscapes or glacier fields formed and polished by nature.
New Court, the new London headquarters for Rothschild, and OMA’s first building in London, has been completed. The 21,000m2 building is embedded in the narrow medieval alley of St Swithin’s Lane in the heart of the City of London.

Henning Larsen Architects has chosen a two-part composition to create hierarchy and openness on the site and has integrated the complex urban spaces that meet at Ericusspitze in their design.
With its clearly readable figure each building has a reserved yet characteristic expression that provides a special significance in relation to creating identity for all the surrounding public spaces.
The Ericus building will be essential for the completion of the large park space. Spiegel will become the gateway to Hafencity seen from the main station and Brooktorkai.

Vikár & Lukács architects studio won the commission for this project on a competition for a new iconic headquarter of the hungarian autoklub. The main gesture of the building is a ribbon that wraps around the office spaces on seven floors, while articulating a letter ‘a’. As the site is located near the danube bridge, local politicians appreciated to have a building that works as a point of orientation for drivers that arrive to district ujpest.
