In the former industrial area of St. Petersburg, in the building of a former factory, with an abundance of bricks, metal structures and concrete, we have implemented a design project of an office of 300 square meters for a company that supplies engineering plumbing to self-service stores in DIY format. The office is designed according to the principles of an Agile office or a flexible office.
When planning a working space, creating an office interior design, our task was to create, firstly, all possible areas of staff cooperation: the academy zone, study rooms, media kiosks. In order to work effectively, employees must have access to training materials, product samples and other materials to help them understand the specifics of their work.
With the feeling of opening a chapter in the history of the German kitchen brand, softness, details and warmth mark the new image of bulthaup Sant Cugat (located around 15 kilometres from Barcelona). Its new interior, more intimate and personal, is the result of the collaboration between the designer Francesc Rifé and the showroom’s owner, Caterina Masferrer.
“The idea behind the new design is to evoke family warmth and take the project towards a more domestic concept,” they explain. More like a home than a business, more private than exposed, closer than impersonal. To achieve this, serene materials and a warm chromaticism have been selected rooted in the identity of bulthaup. The natural or stained oak in different tones is balanced with the concrete floors, while the neutrality of the walls and concrete ceilings shape most of the space.
Dana Oberson Architects Studio has recently completed a new project in the marina complex located on the beach of Herzliya. The owners chose the apartment because of its proximity to the sea and wanted to preserve the feeling of space and tranquility it brings. The program features defined public and private areas that consist of open space with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The private area has a master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a study used as a grandchildren’s room.
The spacious loft on the ground floor of a commercial rear building in Berlin Kreuzberg is located in the rooms of a former car repair shop.
Together with the owner, a spacious living and working environment was created, which atmosphere is not only due to the choice of materials but also through technically complex and sophisticated measures such as the underfloor heating and the acoustic ceiling.
Both of these do not appear, but make a decisive contribution to wellbeing. An installation for the kitchen and bathroom with sauna was created in the former workshop, with a workspace and a media lounge on the upper level.
This interior design project for a city apartment includes the design of custom made furniture and of the garden, advices on what kind of products for the interiors should be bought and what colour and material for the facades should be used. Moreover, with the help of experts, we have also pursuit a total well-being, solving outdoor acoustic and environmental issue and removing electromagnetic pollution indoor.

Hidden from prying eyes in the dense pine forest, this house was specially built at a distance so that nothing would prevent its residents from watching the stars in the night sky and the interior.
The YODEZEEN team designed this house of 450 sq.m for a close-knit young family and did everything to make this space comfortable, airy, and pet-friendly. Leisure zone, kitchen & dining, two bedrooms and the children’s one, three bathrooms, an entrance closet, terrace, and laundry with separate doorways for cats explore & enjoy.
The YODEZEEN’s team of architects and designers believe that craftsmanship is not about what kind of interior you can create on a large area. Compact apartments like La Renommee are proof of this: you can elegantly embody everything conceived without neglecting functionality, even in a small space.
A large family with three children of different ages always means thinking through details in the interior. The YODEZEEN team had several main tasks: to organize a spacious living-dining area where all family members can gather for dinner. And also to create a laconic bright interior according to the taste of the parents. It was significant to make the children’s areas functional and provide an extra bed in one of the bedrooms in case of family visits.
House by the Lake is a residential area project designed by the development company Brusnika in Tyumen, Siberia. The plot is located in the vicinity of residential clusters dating from the 1980-90s, random low-rise houses and modern housing estates. It is a promising area with well-developed social, commercial and recreational amenities.
The masterplan aims to develop the area as well as the lake. The key concept is living in the city while enjoying the countryside around. A small, shallow and boggy Tikhoye lake was much wider up to the 1970s, but affected by chaotic urban development, it gradually shrank. While designing the project, professional advice on the lake restoration was obtained from hydrologists, ecologists and dendrologists. Currently marshy parts of the shores and floor are being cleared, the area around the lake planted with new species, and the lake stocked with fish. According to the masterplan, the shores and the small park linking the quarter to the lake will also be landscaped.
