Article source: Think Contemporary

This project was for .IE Domain Registry offices in Dún Laoghaire. The brief for our client was to redesign the HQ for to create a space that would engage and motivate their staff following the return to the office after Covid. They wanted an workplace that catered to hybrid working giving them flexibility within the office. We introduced new spaces including a breakout space, meeting pods and informal meeting spaces to cater to their new needs and requirements. The canteen area was also a really important space for our client, as they wanted to give their employees a place to get away from their desks and interact with each other.

Article source: DIN interiorismo

Ajoblanco is a restaurant, inspired in the Spanish Mediterranean cuisine, which asked DIN interiorismo´ s team to develop an interior design related to their menu. The Mediterranean Sea that bathes the Spanish shores was the concept defined for the color palette and the elements used to shape the design for this project.

The space used by the restaurant is divided in 3 levels, reason why it was very important to create a language to give unity to the whole concept taking advantage of the changes and the extent of the different areas.

Pushpatma – Antica Greenwoods 04 in Gujarat, India by K.N.Associates

Article source: K.N.Associates

Another brick in the wall and yet not just a brick in the wall:

KN Associates, sure knows their way around to find distinctiveness and centrality at whatever they are looking…

PUSHPATMA began at a rather sweet note where the homeowners were a simple, close-knit family who wanted a humble abode; that hits a sugary note with every modern, contemporary as well as culturally-steeped elements.

The house comes across as a geometrical riot where different forms of squares, rectangles and circles are visibly juxtaposed. Thereby, adding a lot of vibrancy, interesting massing and life to the building.

Stairway to Heaven in Vilnius, Lithuania by YCL studio

Monday, November 7th, 2022

Article source: YCL studio

A memorable and minimalist 68-square-meter apartment with a unique staircase-like detail in Vilnius, in the newly developed residential complex of PAUPYS.

The accents of this interior were set by contrasting colors and textures, with a unique stair detail on the ceiling, revealed by the hidden technical piping. The stairs detail creates a unique feeling of the upside-down climb, yet it is very slightly visible and doesn‘t create an oppressive feeling, but an interesting volumetric image inside the main area of the apartment.

Redwoods in Mexico by HO arquitectura de interiores

Monday, November 7th, 2022

Article source: HO arquitectura de interiores

Secoyas, is a remodeling project for a young foreign newlywed couple, the apartment had an eclectic concept. One of the biggest challenges was to create a living space, with an open kitchen that unified the spaces, as well as a comfortable area to receive visitors.

The concept on which the entire design was based is a contemporary and monochromatic style, with neutral colors such as gray, beige and white, creating a balance between cold and warm. Materials such as porcelain tiles were used to give the appearance of marble, light oak wood lightly stained, stainless steel in mirror finish to give the feeling of spaciousness. The shiny gold and brushed brass style, were a key piece in the choice of materials for this project.

Weekend Apartment in the Jizera Mountains, Czech Republic by Markéta Bromová architekti

Sunday, November 6th, 2022

Article source: Markéta Bromová architekti

The apartment is located in a new building in the Jizera Mountains. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, so it is directly physically and visually connected to the surrounding landscape. The apartment is entered from the second floor through a small hallway, which connects to a double staircase. This path through the hallway and descending the stairs to the lower floor directly into the interior of the apartment can be seen as a kind of filter. You find yourself in a long corridor from which doors lead to individual bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The corridor also separates the apartment into two functional parts – technical facilities (bathrooms, toilet, sauna, kitchen) and living areas (bedrooms and living area).

Article source: ALTA IDEA studio

Each project reflects the energy and nature of the homeowner. As a rule, we receive a number of restrictions and requests from the client, which gives an impetus to our work. This interior, however, was designed for a rental apartment, so it didn’t have any particular image. That’s why we decided to design a space where we would like to live ourselves.
