What’s “life” like in Rome? How do people live the everyday life and the nightlife of this wonderful and eternal city?

In Rome a restaurant is never “just a restaurant”: it’s a place where you can enter even alone and always find someone to talk to and have an exchange with, a place where you can breath the intimate atmosphere of the real Italian hospitality.

Article source: Tzvia Kazayoff

This unique house extends over an area of 240 square meters, and has become a home to a father and son who live side by side. The two decided to move from the city of Jerusalem to build a home in the vibrant city of Tel Aviv.

In Israel, there are two major cities that are radically different in their nature. Jerusalem as a traditional city, is full of conservative materials, while Tel Aviv, unlike Jerusalem is a modern and up-to-date beach city. The move from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv is reflected in the choice of innovative materials and modern planning.

Article source: Keren Niv-Toledano

It is rare to encounter an Israeli-built house that looks as if it was taken from the cover of one of the world’s most prestigious magazines. The house, planned by interior designer Keren Niv-Toledano in a village in the center of Israel, exactly fulfills that definition thanks to experiential living spaces in which attention has been paid to every detail, combining perfect functionality and visuality of exceptional quality – a perfect balance of masses and dimensions that exist together harmoniously.

Article source: MoVe architects

Bede Gaming is a gambling platform and software company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, with offices in London, England and Sofia, Bulgaria.

In April this year, Bede’s Sofia team moved into their new office. Pleased and proud of it, now Team Bulgaria can get together and collaborate in some rather swish surroundings!

The 700m2 new office is based on the 13th floor of the latest modern office building in Sofia-NV Tower. The office interior is a beautiful combination of modern and industrial styles that are softly bound together by accent colors used in the corporate color pallet. The firm’s identity could be observed across the whole office design along with the team’s collective character.

Lumen Offices in Tel Aviv, Israel by Jonathan Canetti Architecture & Design

Saturday, October 15th, 2022

Article source: Jonathan Canetti Architecture & Design

Lumen is a high tech company that operates in the field of health and wellness. Their headquarters are located on the entire 10th floor in one Tel-aviv’s newest office buildings, right in the heart of the city’s business district.

As a rapidly growing tech company it was clear from the beginning that the project would be done in two stages. While the first was designed in 2019 (and completed in 2020, during the first months of the pandemic), the second stage was designed a year and a half later, when living with the pandemic called for a change of concept in the design. This project is a clear example of the effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on everyday life.

Located in Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo, the project was conceived for a single young man who wanted an apartment that reflected his cosmopolitan lifestyle. As he lived alone, one request was to modify the original apartment plan, integrating one of the three bedrooms with the living room and increasing the social area space to receive friends. In addition, the balcony was closed and integrated into the living room, creating an area of about 75m² that includes a dining room, living room, and gourmet kitchen with bar.

Pizzeria San Lazzaro in Italy by Studio Svetti Architecture

Thursday, October 13th, 2022

Article source: Studio Svetti Architecture

Pizza, as we all know, is no longer just a plate, it is a fact, a universal symbol, which involves everyone, it is a global plate and sometimes unfortunately “Globalized”.

The most effective synthesis on the essence of a pizza remains by Aurelio Ferro in the 1950s, a man willing to do the most unthinkable insanity for a woman he has just met, but she wanted a pizza. A choir of Neapolitan voices could help us to make it better the idea, “vulia a ‘pizza”.

Cité Rooftop in Florianópolis, Brazil by Marcelo Salum

Monday, October 10th, 2022

Article source: Marcelo Salum

The Cité Rooftop bar and restaurant is located on the roof of a multifunctional building, which houses apartments and commercial offices in downtown Florianópolis, Brazil.

The space previously operated at another address and was inspired by the city of Paris. Making a connection between the previous and the current environment, the initial reference remained the same, but with the addition of new inspirations.

The entrance hall, with its contrasting colors and prints and the walls covered by heavy fabric curtains, recalls the private and often secret clubs of the City of Light.

Un Diavolo per Capello in Camucia, Italy by Studio Svetti Architecture

Saturday, October 8th, 2022

Article source: Emanuele Svetti by Studio Svetti Architecture

Created by Studio Svetti Architecture, the beauty salon Un Diavolo per Capello is the emblem of that dialogue between space and matter that the studio researches in giving life to every project.

It is an unexpected and unusual place where the traditional concept of hair salon is completely reversed:”Working on the formal monotony of a beauty salon, creating a concept with the sole purpose of making it functional but at the same time unconventional, something fresh, new and modern … a white space with a yellow cube set in it, like a meteorite, which stands out in the center of this open space, acting as a backdrop for the entire functional part of the salon. The final result? A mash-up between an art gallery and a modern metropolitan fashion store. ”
