WING Zrt. is the leader real estate developer in Hungary, their headquarters occupy the “Máriássy House”, an old market hall for veal products. The original building was built in 1927, later changed its function several times, even functioned as a car maintenance garage for a while. In the end, it was split up between different tenants with chaotic interior look and run-down facades. WING is the leading real-estate developer of Hungary, who bought the building in 2004 to occupy as their new headquarters. The design of the refurbishment was done by Ferenc Schüller, who created the generous open office space taking advantage of its loft style.

This project is located around the edges of the water garden in the ZAC (joint development zone) Rives de la Haute Deûle. he Haute Deûle-Euratechnologie project is one of the main urban developments of the city of Lille, bringing together IT companies, housing projects, public facilities, and many public spaces over approximately fifty hectares, combining new designs with preexisting post-industrial buildings that have been recently renovated and transformed into housing and offices.

KODE 1 Museum of Decorative Art—part of KODE Museums, one of Norway’s largest art institutions—is a rehabilitation project by 3RW arkitekter of all the spaces in the centenary building receiving the public, through the insertion of a display wall for the first time showcasing the museum’s archive and creating a new dialectic between the thick stone walls of the old institution, the museum workspaces and the public. At a time when the cultural and artistic sectors of Bergen are thriving, KODE 1 is the latest addition to the city’s cultural revival.
New modular furniture was created to cater for the various spaces and programmes, inspired by ancient Nordic museum displays with slender steel units and flexible arrangements. A white steel mesh ceiling and custom-made carpets and curtains complete a list of key interior elements that were added to the museum to give it a new civic presence in the city.

They recognized this as an opportunity to develop a high-performance workspace that would support their main objective—reengineering entertainment.
