Based on a comprehensive usage analysis, DIA – Dittel Architekten developed a holistic office concept for the German headquarters of the Husqvarna Group in Ulm with more than 10,000 m2 and won out against the competition. The aim of the concept was to create new workplaces and an attractive environment that will suit the global operations of the international company, bring together employees, and attract new ones. The Husqvarna Group is a leading global equipment manufacturer in the forestry, landscape and garden maintenance, construction and stone industries. With the conversion and redesign of a 1,500 m2 area in an existing logistics building, the first step was carried out. In March 2019, the modern work environment, with 100 new workplaces, was ready to move into.
The tower is part of the ambitious new master plan for the city, which converges around ten towers. The main program of the tower consists of office and housing program. Shopping and restaurant facilities are located in the base and at the top of the building.
Our first investigation was to resolve the dilemma of elegance – a clear ambition stated in the master plan – and square meters. We propose a volume based on a super ellipse: starting as an ellipse and ending as a rectangle. The subtle transition between these two basic shapes makes a tower which fully captures the Mediterranean light of Tirana, and creates ever changing shadows.
For the reorientation of the Citizens Advice Bureau in Frankfurt am Main, DIA – Dittel Architekten developed and implemented an overall concept for the city. The Citizens Advice Bureau is intended to become the central point of contact for citizens at its new, more prominent location on the famous alleyway »Hinter dem Lämmchen« in the DomRömer Quarter, which was opened in 2018. DIA developed an innovative platform for modern communication, information and exchange in the form of a showroom with an interactive digital concept. As part of an invitational announcement, the design of the architects at DIA prevailed.
Designed by Seyedeh Ayeh Mirrezaei to be used as a real estate office, it is located on the seventeen floor of the building and is encompassed over 1184,000 square feet in New Your City.

With the aim of positioning itself in the TOP10 of reference in Europe in a period of 2 years with its own presence in the 5 continents, through sustained and sustainable growth, the creation of a new building where to locate its headquarters that becomes the face of the brand and adapted to this imminent growth was necessary.
One of the biggest players in the Slovakian IT business went through some major changes during 2018. The largest hosting service provider has become a member of the international group and outgrew its offices not only physically but also mentally. That directed them toward moving straight into the newly developing business district in Bratislava – Mlynské Nivy. The design of the new work environment was orchestrated by the Prague based Studio Perspektiv. The task was stated clearly – to create offices that will support company culture and serve as an exceptional event space.
Located at one of most important business districts of Lisbon, the project space is prepared to accommodate 300 people and the design reflect OLX culture mixed with the inspiring mood and beauty of the city of Lisbon.

In an area with more than 90 thousand m², in Interlagos Avenue – SP, is located the Digital Building Santander. In this place, that has the feeling of a small city, the technological development team of the bank is reunited. The project was designed to be the stage of great inovations, in an atmosphere that transpires creativity and technology.
This building is part of an urban regeneration retail and office project in the fashionable shopping precinct of Ponsonby Road, consisting of a new office as the final stage of a shopping, food and beverage and office precinct, accessed from three bordering streets and rear laneways, as well as car parking and servicing facilities. The brief for this office building was to utilise the southern portion of the site along the 4th boundary of the site – the only non-street boundary.

House 19 is located on the site of the Technical University of Applied Sciences (TH) Wildau.
It is a former listed industrial hall of the hardening shop of the locomotive construction company Berliner Maschinenbau-Aktiengesellschaft (BMAG), formerly “L. Schwartzkopff Berlin “. In the 1950s, it was converted into a two-storey multipurpose building.
