The project is located at unit city in Kyiv. This is an office for UFuture with an area of 670 square meters, consisting of offices and recreational area.
There is a kitchen and lounge area for staff, which includes a TV, a board and a library. Roomdesign is made with the addition of accent colors.
Behind the reception there is a small cozy waiting area with a bookcase closet, large terrace with landscaping.
Decorative elements are made of natural materials: stone, wood, metall.
CONISHA is a Korean cosmetic brand specialized in the research and development of skincare products with focus on the basic beauty and pure ingredients.
In its history started in 2013, it hasn’t grown so fast because of its insistence on quality ingredients, but it has achieved continuous growth every year at its own pace by building customer satisfaction.
CONISHA office of 360 m² includes a showroom of 99 m² and a meeting room, which shows its passion for aggressive marketing.
The four-story Saltzer Health medical office building in Meridian, Idaho provides an array of specialty clinics, five-room outpatient surgery center, physical therapy, gastroenterology, endoscopy, urgent care, family medicine, and five-modality medical imaging center in an easily accessible, welcoming medical campus. The overall Saltzer Health design aesthetic was developed to support a different way of delivering health care services. From the ease of access and all-in-one campus to the efficient space layout and refreshing interior design, the ethos of care is wholly patient centered. The Saltzer Health campus will help fill the need for high-quality, state-of-the-art health care in the fast-growing areas of Meridian and Nampa, while their new urgent care clinics have opened in locations across the Treasure Valley.
6:19 Studio is a tattoo studio located in Kyiv’s historic neighborhood of Podil. The space spans an area of 111 m2 on the ground floor of a residential building. The founder of the studio is a Ukrainian artist Ulyana Nesheva. Ulyana has dedicated her life to art, so the interior of her first studio was to become a reflection of her style and artistic vision.
In the former industrial area of St. Petersburg, in the building of a former factory, with an abundance of bricks, metal structures and concrete, we have implemented a design project of an office of 300 square meters for a company that supplies engineering plumbing to self-service stores in DIY format. The office is designed according to the principles of an Agile office or a flexible office.
When planning a working space, creating an office interior design, our task was to create, firstly, all possible areas of staff cooperation: the academy zone, study rooms, media kiosks. In order to work effectively, employees must have access to training materials, product samples and other materials to help them understand the specifics of their work.
Client Brief: Design an Office for this young company that meets with their current and future requirements and exudes their image appropriately to its internal team and the outside world.

This commission consisted on the re-conversion of a former electricity supply premise, located on the ground floor of a 1900 building in the center of Madrid, into offices for a new and technological real estate developer.
The required program ends up adapting to the different spaces existing between the massive structural walls.
With two young kids at home, it became clear that our modest 1940’s bungalow was too small for our growing family and architecture practice. We needed more space and had plenty of it in our backyard. We decided to build an ADU on our property to house our architecture office and a guest suite. At the time, we never imagined how valuable this kind of workspace would become during a global pandemic.
Budget was a major player from the beginning. We had finite funds and a big vision. We worked closely with the contractors from the start to ensure we could meet our target budget.
The new Warsaw headquarters of Red Bull are located in a postwar industrial building enclosed in a XIX century fort rampart. The building served as a radio and TV compartments production hall since 1960 and was revamped later on into a design workshop and office hub.
The Red Bull energy drink company best known by the extreme sport and innovative world records sponsorship expected an inspiring, authentic and sustainable office environment. The tall and naturally well-lit existing space had this potential.
