The inspiration came from the Vauxhall history. The missing area of the Vauxhall Gardens from 18 centuries, could be replaced with the new green park above the railway line. The urban planning model could be found in the Vauxhall Gardens – the Grand Walk paintings, painted by Canaletto. And finally the skyscraper will be the proper symbolic structure, that will reminds the Vauxhall visitors on the longest hot-air balloon distance trip from Vauxhall in London to Weilburg in Germany.
Traditionally, the designer sees building (architecture) in terms of its aesthetics, siting, spatial utilization, form, structure, building elements, use of color and shade, and other usual features of architectural design. However, the ecologist sees building in the context of the ecosystem concept. This means that he or she conceives a building as consisting of not only the a biotic (non-living) components but also the biotic (living) components, all of which operate together as a whole system in the context of other ecosystems in the biosphere.
After 40 years of constant use Shute Park Branch Library had devolved into a dark, cluttered, and inefficient interior space that had little connection to its namesake park. This comprehensive renovation included a complete reorganization of the floor plan and was based on the integration of three transformative characteristics -establishing a new relationship to the park, openness, and natural light.

The opening of the Principia Archaeological Park in Rijeka, in February 2014, enriched the topography of ancient sites on the Adriatic’s eastern shore, adding a monumental locus, unique in the type and the shaping level of presentation. As for the type, the Principia was an architectural and town-planning element of castrum, a Roman military encampment or town, one of the many scattered along the boundaries of the Roman Empire (limites). In Dalmatia, only fragments of no more than two castra, those of Burnum and Tilirum, have been preserved, not the entire complex as is the case with Tarsatica. As for the shaping level of presentation, the intervention is a result of a public competition and a creative authorial concept, which was meticulously elaborated, and implemented in a controlled fashion.
The Spirulina Fountain displaces the culture of landscape architecture and gardening towards contemporary issues of land and urban farming in restrained areas. The fountain constitutes a hybrid, fusing the production basins of the intense blue-green algae with contemplative Italian gardens of the 16th century. More specifically, the form and dimensions of the fountain quotes the water cascades of the Villa Aldobrandini built in 1550 in Frascati, 20 km southeast of Rome.

Following the end of commercial mining in Alsdorf, the centrally-located industrial premises of coal mine „Anna“ will be converted into an attractive residential and commercial area which will include the “Anna Park“. As part of the development, we created a design concept to convert the mine‘s blacksmith and change&washroom buildings into “Energeticon” – an exhibition designed by Stuttgart-based “Atelier Brueckner” focussing on energy-related topics – not only showcasing the history of mining but also allowing visitors to experience basic principles of energy and learn about trendsetting and forward-looking technologies.
