The Project is the transformation of a 20 year old apartment in a historicist building. Since it´s located in the 6th floor, it has excellent views to a big green area to the west. The remodeling considered a different program from its original, plus a guest room. This and other reasons influenced in the desire of generating bigger and more integrated spaces. The possibilities of intervention were very restrictive because: a) It was a requirement to keep the exterior untouched; b) Almost all the walls were of structural reinforced concrete, and; c) the floor-ceiling height was very low.

I AM RECYCLED consists on the refurbishment of an industrial building sector in Arrasate (Basque Country, Spain). The building, constructed in 1928, was a part of ASAM steel industry. Thanks to this renewal the structure will extend its life span to be used as a recycling center, reuse workshop and second hand products sale, 2.568 square meters managed by Grupo Emaús Bidasoa.

The city council of Mataró seeks to provide a new space for the city with mixed uses, in which both public and private areas can coexist. Whereas the public areas will consist of a multipurpose space for workshops or exhibitions (3rd floor) and a cafeteria (ground floor), the private zones will be occupied by offices and work areas for the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (1st and 2nd floor).
The Maritime Center was one of two childcare centers built specifically to accommodate mothers working in the nearby Richmond shipyards during World War II. Henry J. Kaiser acquired funding from the Maritime Commission under the Lanham Act to build these centers for his workers (the famous Rosie the Riveters), making the Maritime Center one of the first federally-funded childcare centers in the United States. Built as a temporary structure to fulfill a wartime need, the center remained in continuous operation for over 50 years.
The school complex Buffon is the rehabilitation and extension of existing school equipment, dating from the seventies and combining nursery and elementary schools, respecting German label Passivhaus. The project redefined the new unit around a sweet and sensitive materiality favoring the use of wood and prefabrication. The project balances between opening towards the popular district around and Child Protection within the school. Spaces are requalified to offer a generous relationship outside.
The School of San Julian is located in the town center of Marmolejo, has two old building of the years 70th and 60th built in a rectangular plot with an area of 8,741 m2. The works consisted in building a new Gymnasium and adapting the old centre to the new schools regulations.
