The studio of Jose Barea Arquitectos has been selected to completely renew the image of the Maremar restaurant, located on the Pinedo promenade. We are in an environment in which the sea is the protagonist and this has been the starting point in the design of the project. It is proposed a space full of maritime connotations that convey to the client the essence of the environment in which they are located.
Peck, the symbol of Italian gastronomical delights, opens a new venue, which explores a new concept in food&beverage and merges in a single place all its distinctive features: deli shop, restaurant, wine bar and cocktail bar.
Designed by the Milan-based studio Vudafieri-Saverino Partners, the new Peck is located in the CityLife Shopping District, the largest urban shopping district in Italy. Peck brings to the new vertical city – under the skyscrapers designed by internationally renowned architects – all the flavours, aromas and expertise that have made it the benchmark for highquality foods and a well-known brand all around the world.
Studioninedots presents Black Swan, the result of our research into Overamstel’s gradual transition from an industrial area to a characteristic, mixed-use district in Amsterdam.
All over the Netherlands, mono-functional industrial sites are designated as potential densification areas. Their often generous layout allows for specific interventions to generate the aimed urban density. With Black Swan we propose a design as well as a strategy for welcoming, bit by bit, housing and facilities to a permanently active work area.
Black Swan’s medium-rise tower is home to both workspaces and apartments; its base functions to facilitate creative offices, restaurant, bar and culture. At street level, Black Swan interacts with the existing Building B of the adjoining Kauwgomballenfabriek socially and energetically. Here, the pioneering residents and users collectively take care of the spaces within and around Black Swan.
Situated in the new shopping center in Zrenjanin, the Kovac restaurant has become a place for gathering and relaxation for a very wide spectrum of visitors. Our project task was to project a new interior and give a different visual identity to a well-known city place that will meet the needs of all users and be in line with the international cuisine that is in restaurants menu.
Štrafta Gastro bar is located in the city center of Podgorica, new city district – City Kvart Delta.
The project task of interior design was to find ways to offer a contemporary solution and present a quality visual identity that will establish a new brand in the market. Client’s desire was to transform the space placed on the ground floor of a residential building into a modern gastronomic bar.
Functional organization of space implies two interconnected spatial units, where the impression of streaming the ambiance to one another through the effect of ease and accessibility of space is gained.
It is difficult to describe BURSA in one word. It is not just a hotel or a restaurant, not a bar or an art gallery. It is all of the above, a bespoke hotel complex fitted comfortably into a mix of centuries-old buildings in historical and cultural center of Kyiv – Podil.
Our very first meeting with BURSA’s founder was an instant ‘click’, followed by months of panning, designing and building. Our shared vision – to create a conceptual space with its own philosophy – has materialized as a unique place with distinctive design and multiple functionalities.

The Garden is a Casual dining restaurant in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Indonesia. The design concept behind The Garden is ” Lush tropical garden with colorful flower ” which derived from the real garden in indoor area with the feeling of being outdoor. The challenge is to create hidden gem lush garden which located at the shop houses. To give the illusion of the location, not being just one of the many uniformed shop houses on that row, giving it distinct features. The concept for this restaurant is to attract people, so that they are feeling like they are dining in the middle of a garden. The architecture, interior and landscape design of The Garden is merged all together, with the feeling of going back to nature, using all natural natural materials and plants. A Garden warehouse architecture with splashes of rich tropical colors and plants designed specifically to blend with the surrounding nature. Digging a little deeper into the concept, the building itself is positioned at the center of a literal beautifully designed tropical garden. To top it all off, the building plan of The Garden is intentionally designed as an open plan space, eliminating the boundaries between the indoor and the outdoor. The Interior is blend in with the lush tropical garden.

Camping Mon Perin is located in the municipality of Bale, Istria Peninsula in Croatia and is spread over 9 km of coastline, halfway between towns Rovinj and Pula. The whole area is protected as valuable natural environment and also as an archaeological site. That resulted with very strict construction conditions that permitted reconstruction but within the existing spatial parameters. That condition has been an extremely aggravating circumstance knowing the standards that had to be met in terms of categorization. The project task was to raise Camp categorization from 2 ** to 4 **** between two summer seasons by reconstructing the main facilities: reception, restaurant and 8 toilets. It was also aimed to create a modern camp with facilities and architectural language that suggests a new direction of services development within the camp. Existing facilities were mostly “reconstructed reconstructions”, too small in size and inadequate aesthetics.
