Office Building with Retail Shops in Sylhet, Bangladesh by Formosis building studio

Sylhet is a growing city. The city is expanding to the western part after the establishment of public university. The expansion has been boomed after the recent shifting of City Central Jail and Marine academy there. The area is commercializing very fast with time. To meet the growing demand of more built spaces, the land owners have been involved to develop infrastructures at that part of Sylhet city. Reputed architecture firm Formosis building studio has recently designed a commercial building at that sub-urban area at Temukhi. The building is located beside the way to Central Jail and Marine Academy. The building includes four large shops at ground floor and office spaces at first and second floor. The building has been designed in white outlook to create it as a striking sub-urban landmark within green surroundings.

New York, NY – December 16th, 2014 – On September 26th, Tianjin celebrated the Grand Opening of Riverside 66. KPF is pleased to release a set of photography of the stunning project, a 350-meter long mega-structure, which completes the final phase of the He Ping Lu pedestrian boulevard, becoming the centerpiece of the new commercial district while standing as a monument visible from the revitalized Hai He River and creating a new public experience for the city.

The Palais des Thés boutiques in Paris by Ova Design

Ova Design has worked hand-in-hand with the Palais des Thés, accompanying them in their evolution by redesigning the boutique in Paris’ 3rd district. This mock-up is a success for the overall design, which is in harmony with the brand’s new positioning, “Vivons le thé”. The Ova Design agency specialises in retail design. It was thus able to showcase all its talents for the famous tea company, from product design to the commercial interior. Ultimately, the Ova Design concept will be applied to all the company’s outlets, some 32 boutiques.

Jolie in Brazil by Espaço Projetos

The design concept was inspired by lofts and aimed to give identity to the brand. The result was a contemporary and modern space. With generous dimensions, the store could be divided into two main sectors with various environments in each: the front with double height ceiling is where are the main products, releases, etc; and the lower ceiling sector is where other products and functional area, such as the cashier, fitting rooms, coffee space, etc.

China Celebrated the Opening of Its World Class Central Business District in Shizimen, Zhuhai
On 30thOctober 2014, the Zhuhai Municipal Government officiated the grand opening of the new Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, being the first phase of the Shizimen Central Business District in China. Together with the Mayor of Zhuhai, the Chairman of Huafa, the Project’s Chief Designer – Gordon Affleck, and Project Director – Miriam Auyeung attended. The development is strategically located along the Zhuhai waterfront, maximising close proximity to Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau, catalysing economic development of the wider Hengqin Region.
