The Comprehensive Well-being Plan emerged in the middle of the Ad Portas Building as the conclusion to a qualitative anthropological study undertaken by Beatriz Turbay on the La Sabana campus. We prepared a master plan for the civic space and set about building a campus to suit students’ needs. To achieve this, we laid out a system of pergolas that accompanies the façades, plazas and walkways, and structures the footpath network of the community. The furnishings were meticulously designed to provide maximum comfort. This concept, which also balances landscape and infrastructure values, also includes the new classrooms, which function both as venues for teaching and open and spontaneous civic spaces. In the future, the planting of the campus will resemble that of a botanic garden.

Following the launch of its Paris outpost, Dutch architecture firm KAAN Architecten together with French office PRANLAS-DESCOURS architect & associates (PDAA), present the new Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat (CMA) Hauts-De-France in Lille (France). The winning entry of an international competition for Eurartisanat campus, this building works as a new gateway of the city and is part of its urban development initiated in the Eighties with Euralille district, Euratechnologies and Eurasanté.
The CMA is set along the edge of the former Seventeenth Century Vauban fortification, now replaced by a high-speed ring road. The northern border of the site is defined by a railway line and the botanical garden — Jardin des Plantes de Lille. To the south, Rue Abélard defines the perimeter of a wider masterplan area designed by KAAN Architecten and PDAA, and comprising of CMA headquarters, a future complex of five buildings and a lush park spanning the site as an extension of the nearby garden.

Wafra Beacon is a competition-winning proposal for a food and beverage mall development for the Sabah Al Ahmed Sea City area in Kuwait. The proposal transcends the barriers of traditional F&B developments in the region.
The project scope includes two rectangular plots facing a public square anchored by a mosque. Each plot contains a sectional podium housing independent multi-level restaurants and a multi-use tower. The Beacon is designed to be the destination of choice for the trendiest concepts in the Kuwait culinary scene while doubling up as the hub for a healthy and active beach lifestyle. Departing from the notion of a traditional F & B Mall, the design seeks to function as an Oasis for the young, active and creative demographic inhabiting the surrounding areas and visiting for the weekends.

Scenic Architecture designed a series of buildings for public services in the Runway Park, which was renovated from 100-year old Longhua airport located at the west bank of Huangpu River, Shanghai. This project is a concentrated part of the whole series with three buildings including a community pavilion, a coffee shop, and a restaurant.
How to insert an object in the context of an avenue dominated by green and trees? The RCF building seeks to dissolve into the landscape of av. Getúlio Vargas, Curitiba, Brazil, dominated by vegetation. Thus, it would make a hybrid between object and landscape. In this way red appears as a counterpoint, as presence.
The project was born from the positioning of the apparent concrete structure on the perimeter of the building. This solution, traditional in Brazilian modernist architecture, which also serves as a vertical brise, frees up the internal space that free of structural elements enjoys broad future flexibility. From this action, the construction process made the act of filling the void of the structure. Thus, between the openings were positioned glazing frames and modulated windows with maxim-air frames that allow opening even in typical rainy and hot summer days. In the east and west direct insolation facades were placed metallic shutters for better solar control. The building also has green ceilings, north and south facades with double ventilated facade in ACM. AQUA Certified Building. The plant has slight curvature to accommodate the narrow terrain and respect the setbacks required by legislation.
The Alembic factory is located in the middle of the city and along the main railway line of the city of Baroda. In its 112th year of existence, the first ever Alembic industrial building in Vadodara has seen multiple surgical interventions. Placed at the heart of the dynamic Wanchai district is Bean Buro’s design for marketing brand Williams Lea Tag’s new workplace in Hong Kong. Drawing reference from the district's urban typologies and symbol, the proposal reinterprets characteristic framing and layering devices, generating a work environment that feels as raw, diverse, and multifaceted as its context.
The design brief was to create a new workplace for the international creative company to house their 80 people workforce in Hong Kong which includes fixed and flexible desks, as well as a variety of collaboration spaces.
Evolution is a concept of reproduction and synergism, explaining that different cultures may exchange with and accept each other and further restructure and integrate in the interaction process due to differences of time, space and semantic, thereby creating a whole new culture that moves across culture to merge with localization.
The natural phenomena of social exchange, accumulation, diversity and representation spontaneously allow the concept of Evolution to apply to the probe into its relevance to costume variation. Through the application of Hakka cultural image and contemporary art, the costume variation can be used as a means of attempting to search for a new room for dialogue in diversified space.
The project’s aim is to host an artist linked to the Conde Duque and provide a workplace as much as a temporary home. It’s final location is a bright corner of only 18sqm, on theater's lobby at first floor. In this hall’s enclave there are two windows overlooking the Liria Palace and Madrid skyline, a valuable asset to be incorporated into the project.
But before being moved to this final spot, the piece had to be built in the centre of the main courtyard so that the general public could visit it during the Madrid Design Festival.
