The project is located at Marseille Campus Luminy, in the National Park area, and includes the rehabilitation of a building in the late 60s, the creation of an extension, and its landscaping.
Made for the metropolis and destined for a scientific research activity advanced (immunotechnology), design objectives include the complete transformation of the existing buildings (internal surface of approximately 2090 m2) to laboratories, offices, technical rooms and rest area.

10- 15 years ago the topic of mobility gained momentum in the Hungarian contemporary architecture. Many young architects realised that a major task of the next generation of architects/enginiers and urban designes will be the redefinition and reshaping of the existing urban infrastructure. Architecture and mobility will have implications not only on the traffic systems (means of traffic) of the 21st century, they will have impact on social spaces, public parks, as well.
The House Concept is designed to create a simple sculptural volumetric block using perforated screens windows and kinetic sunscreens are used to provide a seamless transition from the roof to the penthouse, villa facades and boundaries.
This project started with a mountain guide’s home. Because the house was originally self-built, it had a unique soul.
After a change in ownership, Solelyâ’s “vocation” also changed. Now using it as a second home, the new owners wanted more light, more spectacular views.

Hobsonville Point has recently acquired a new Primary School, and selected the North Auckland Kindergarten Association (NAKA) to build, establish and operate an early childhood service on the site of the Primary School.
CASA were appointed to design the new centre for NAKA.

The ML House is located in Oeiras, an area – considered by many – as one of the best in Europe as far as Life Quality is concerned. Included in a single family villa neighborhood, the project was focused on a new construction in the available plot according to the proposed program while maximizing the available land.
This building is envisaged to create a permeable space in which people shall gather and enjoy their free time protected by the natural elements both in summer and winter.
