The Longbeach Apartments are located in the centre of Brighton Le Sands in Sydney; a busy cosmopolitan, beachside suburb near the airport. The area has a busy street life filled with cafes and restaurants. The site enjoys panoramic views of the beach which is why the Longbeach Apartments contain 50 residential units with extensive balconies and a ground floor restaurant to enhances the existing cosmopolitan streetscape.
The Courthouse building designis integrated with the new master plan for the entrance to Jerusalem complex. The building houses all the judiciary levels except the Supreme Court, and contains 135 courtrooms and 156 judges’ chambers. The Courthouse structure integrates into the urban fabric of the site while incorporating a modest, human scale design and emanating judicial authority.
This private residence is anchored into the coast, in an attempt to harness tidal power as a way of sustaining the shelter. The tidal house has two shells, the outer cast in concrete anchors the house to the beach whilst the interior shell contained within rises with the tide as it enters the outer shell.
The Central Telegraph is located on Tverskaya street in the center of Moscow. Architect Ivan Rerberg constructed the building in 1927, and it took only several decades for it to become an architectural monument. The Telegraph has an unusual perimeter structure with both modernist and constructivist features; its surprising geometry and broad glazing distinguishes the building against a background of the Stalinist empire style of that era.

«Svoyo mneniye»* brand agency is a small highly specialized agency engaged mainly in package designing. Despite the modest company size its portfolio has a lot of world famous clients.
The agency had a wish to obtain an «unusual and creative space», separately discussed were areas for placement of a large number of exhibition samples. Thus the office room size was quite small — only 450 sq.m., however the premises had many interesting features: once there was a plant located in this building so it had very high ceilings, brick walls and huge window apertures.
A small intervention vastly improves lifestyle An old terrace in inner city Sydney, its rear dilapidated, bordering on potential collapse. An innovative solution opens up the house to the garden and lets in more light. The new bathroom is broken up into separate components to avoid obstructing the flow of the house.
A western district and villages terminal was designed in the west of the city, Kayseri. The idea of creating a district terminal came up due to the fact that the transportation access difficulty of the existing travel agencies in the area. Besides, the traffic density caused by the transportation vehicles in the city center is an another reason.

The challenge was to design a country house in the surroundings of the town of Villeta (Colombia), 1.5 hours to the west of Bogotá; at 967 meters above sea level, with a predominantly hot and dry weather all year round. The site’s constraints were very clear; a very steep land that starts at the top of a hill going all the way down to the stream “El Cojo”. The brief asked for a built area of 550m2, including 3 rooms, studio, service and social areas, a terrace and a swimming pool, all this under one essential demand: the house must be able to be completely closed whenever it’s not in use.
