The Albi Grand Theatre is going to transform the texture of the city as well as its cultural influence.
This building appears as an outstanding architectural symbol, on the outskirts of the historic centre.
We have given priority to the presence of the Grand Theatre instead of the cinemas, in order to organize around it a network of public spaces and of cultural facilities. The Grand Theatre will be its centre.

In 2011, the Gaumont-Pathé group decided to restructure the existing building to improve the quality of its cinemas, as well as to properly address the needs and greeting of customers. The general objective of the group is to progressively renew the image of its movie theaters, often very urban and installed on magnificent sites but suffering from a sometimes dated image.
The goal is to make them into beautiful cultural spaces, lively in daytime as much as nighttime and flexible enough so that they can host a diversified program, mixing Film with other cultural events: the image of the Movie Theater in the City must be totally renewed.
By definition, an omnibus refers to a collection of stories made by a single narrator or several authors tied together by a single subject. It also pertains to a collection of objects at once. Along these lines, Omnibus City is a proposal that connects elements of downtown Salt Lake City that are already physically close, yet are experienced individually. Omnibus City strives to create a collection of experiences along three main corridors: Green, Culture (Main Street), and Retail. Acting as a catalyst of activity linking adjacent blocks to Main Street, these passageways are connected through a common design vocabulary of path, pattern, and phenomenon meant to permeate blocks 69 and 70 and guide visitors through its permutations.

Rafael de La-Hoz has designed a multipurpose box on the rooftop of the classical Teatro Góngora in Cordoba; an innovative and unique new space for the city.
The architect, commissioned to completely refurbish the Teatro Góngora, has recovered the old abandoned building –a project of Luis Gutiérrez Soto (1929-1932)-, which was a reference point for architecture in Cordoba in the twentieth century, and added a visionary multipurpose space contrasting with the current classical model, to ensure a greater variety of uses and promote the cultural life of Cordoba in the twenty first century.

Set near the Houhai Street of Shenzhen Bay, the Shenzhen Poly Grand Theatre, designed by Shenzhen Huazhu Engineering Design Co., Ltd., is a landmark building. The building’s sleek design evokes a piece of high-tech equipment, or perhaps a drop of water. Viewed from above, its silver contour gleams under the sunlight, reflecting its surroundings in the Luxalon® 20mm Quadro Cladding Panels and 2.5mm custom aluminum panels provided by Hunter Douglas.
