The Jockey Club Innovation Tower (JCIT) is home to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) School of Design, and the Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation. The 15-storey, 15,000 sq. m. tower accommodates more than 1,800 students and staff, with facilities for design education and innovation that include: design studios, labs and workshops, exhibition areas, multi-functional classrooms, lecture theatre and communal lounge.

Kukumuku is a restaurant–theatre designed for families with kids and located in the heart of Vilnius city centre. The idea to open such a niche restaurant came up due to the fact that public places are rarely adapted to accomodate the needs of the youngest members of the families. This is why, during the whole process of designing the Kukumuku restaurant, the main goal was to pay full attention to what is it that the kids want.
The Film Theatre of Catalonia is situated in the historic neighbourhood of El Raval, in Barcelona. In recent years this area has been immersed in a major process of transformation and modernization though it retains the popular, built-up, even oppressive nature of a port district.
The York Theatre renovation is the result of a decades long struggle to save a historic community theatre from demolition.
Originally built in 1913 as the Alcazar Theatre, the building changed identities numerous times over its storied 100-year history. Ten years after it first opened, it was purchased by the Vancouver Little Theatre Association, (Canada’s oldest continuously operating community theatre company), which reopened it as the ‘Little Theatre’. Then a major renovation, introducing an art deco style exterior, led to its re-launch in 1940 as the York Theatre.
Austin’s W Hotel and Residences complex is a new centerpiece for the city, occupying a prime location in the skyline framing Austin City Hall and Lady Bird Lake. Andersson-Wise Architects, of Austin, designed the building to make the most of the city’s natural environment, capturing prevailing breezes and controlling the intense sunlight to create a protectedyet open experience.

The new Topfer Theatre at ZACH, the regional theater for Austin and Central Texas, was completed in the fall of 2012. Andersson-Wise Architects designed the building and its surrounding outdoor spaces to define a dramatic, iconic image for ZACH within the context of the city, as well as to create a performing arts campus that engages its strategic site on Lady Bird Lake. The theater’s stage fly loft, with its elegant, vertical proportion, is visible from downtown Austin, whether one is approaching from the Lamar Street Bridge by car, or from the Pfluger Bridge on foot.
Create space for public use as well as corporate use. Public gardens, restaurents, theatres and offices for professionals..all that in one combination of different environments gives something different feelings..
The project for the New Theatre was presented clearly conditioned by space or venue chosen by the city for its construction. A third of the apple to occupy a former Cavalry Barracks, downed inside, kept its original military enclosure. An enclosure whose bricks carved in lime and oyster stone were considered to be preserved.
This project is created within the framework of the International Architectural Competition Change the Face for Reconstruction of Cinema Pushkinsky in Moscow.
The goal of the contest:
Transformation of cinema image and its reorganization in accordance with new demands of society and within the new architectural and urban environment of Pushkin Square.

The always uncertain destiny of Andalusian industry has provided the old Hytasa company installations at Arahal with an honorable continuity in time. This large industrial enclave, triangle-shaped and next to the railway station, will be transformed into a civic citadel that will hold several cultural and sport facilities.
