Modern Meadow House is designed away from the city noise, out of urban area. The architectural challenge was to incorporate new house into an existing natural meadow as much as possible. The natural surroundings of nature inspired home solutions. Single-floor house architecture is close to human and nature scale, developing a connection, private relation between them. The L-shaped house plan separates the patio from the street. All living spaces are facing the yard. Bedrooms planned separately from the guest spaces. Living room, kitchen, dinning room with outdoor terrace is designed with high ceilings. Large windows connect the interior and exterior spaces, what creates a cozy and calm atmosphere for residents and their guests. Much attention has been devoted to supplementing the design with subtle landscaping, open fireplace, and wooden terraces, where you can relax listening to the sound of nature, enjoy a wonderful meadow view. Nature is a very valuable feature in architecture, especially nowadays when urbanisation is increasing around the globe.
The basic concept of the Toblerone House can be described as a unique image: a free first floor with large sliding glass doors which support a wooden box delimited by concrete beams. The first floor houses the collective program, with living room, utilities and kitchen. On the second floor are the three bedrooms, the den and a home theater.

The core concept behind Casa DZI is a merger between modern architecture and local mayan motifs and materials, as it is exemplified in the extense use of Chukum Stucco, the project is located just one mile from the Mayan archaeological site of Dzibilchaltún in a sustainable residential development; one of our main design concerns was to achieve the greatest comfort to the users while achieving the least carbon footprint possible considering that temperature in this region can rise up to 40°C during the day, we prioritized cross ventilation and thermal conductivity through thoughtful material selection, adequate orientation and the use of wind and shading analysis.
At about 260 sq meters (2800 sq ft) the house raises two stories in a triangular piece of ground, located in a private neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The architectural design and organization of the house, consisted in overlapping two parallel volumes one above the other, slightly displaced, articulating in the intersection the heart for the house, where the daytime activities are served.
This building is a one-story villa on a site with a great location overlooking the sea.
Living, dining, kitchen, private room, bathroom and study planned on the north side where can see the sea. Each room has a large opening sash that seamlessly connects the terrace, pool, basin and the sea, and sees beautiful sea views. The south side plans to take in the wind while avoiding direct sunlight by planning a courtyard in the living, dining, and kitchen so that direct sunlight does not enter the building directly.

The more you try to explain such things as happiness and serenity, the further the turbulent flow of everyday life moves away from them. The more thoroughly you try to create the perfect interior, the more it looks like the one for staying overnight rather than living.
Today we are going to tell some stories about a house where the main thing is not the color of the floor, but the kids’ noise. From which, by the way, you cannot hide despite all the tricks of planning.
