Interior space is sort of mixture between luxury shop and meeting spot. The main idea is to create minimalist lifestyle store where you can buy a bottle of great unique wine and at the same time you are able to stay in the shop for a little longer to try out different tastes or just to talk with a friend. Idea of lifestyle wine shop changes typical wine store image into some think more open for different generations – young as well as older people.
A new residential neighborhood of 340 apartments is currently being developed on a 30,000 square-meter site on Munich’s Ludlstrasse. The design proposal submitted by AllesWirdGut in collaboration with el:ch Landscape Design came out winning in the architectural competition. The rustic charm of exposed concrete – a double-layered concrete façade with cavity insulation – plays off against the ethereal transparency of broad windows. Elements of Sipo mahogany, strategically placed, give the façade depth; and the clean lines add a sense of order and dynamics.
The former heat and power station in downtown Munich has been transformed into a high-end residential tower. Next to the tower, three new buildings have been erected around a private patio.

The University building with the Institute for Pharmacology and Food Chemistry of the Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main on the Bockenheim campus was planned 1954-1957 by Ferdinand Kramer. It is one of 23 buildings, which he designed as Planning Director for the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-University within the period of 1952-1964. Within the urban framework for the district Bockenheim, the building forms the southern terminus of the campus.
