The lot is located inside the Euganean Hills Regional Park, surrounded by green hills, on the top of one of them stands the neo-Gothic Villa Serenella.

The project for the Raicam Industrie S.R.L. in Bruzolo (Torino-Italy) was basically realized in two steps, the first provided only the connection between two existing buildings and the second was the construction of a new building, the new Tech Center, to complement the existing one.
The connection (2013-2015) in steel and plexiglass is a makeover of an industrial building of the fifties. Very organic in its forms, recalls the angular shapes of the mountain ridges chefs from the background of the factory.

The apartment is part of a nineteenth-century building in the island of Giudecca in Venice. The incredibly favorable position and the presence of a large window, gives the house a spectacular overlook on the San Marco basin.
PASITEA are two holiday rental apartments resulting from the transformation of an apartment in a XIXth century’s building located in the historical center of Siracusa. A vestibule, where the color blurs the boundaries between the floor, walls and ceiling is the access device to the two apartments. Each accommodation is arranged in: a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and services. In each apartment, a cutout in the wall connecting two spaces of different sizes and all the structural elements mark the transition between entry and living room stimulating the perception of a temporary equilibrium. A color glaze, which runs through the house right to the bedroom, is overlapsed on doors, walls, and windows by defining a discrepancy that attempts to absorb the discontinuities that characterize the fundamental elements.

Of a larger general project that includes the remodeling and re-functionalization of all the buildings and the closest external spaces, the sequence of interventions carried out has been concentrated on the main building.
In an apartment full of wisely chosen objects and materials, the key elements of the renovation are the design and the finishing selection of the two bathrooms. The master bathroom features deep grey resin walls and a ceiling covered with a sumptuous golden textured wallpaper; the guest bathroom with ochre resin walls and ceiling, in order to obtain a precious little box. The new wooden kitchen is placed in the well-lit corner room and the living area embraces the entrance thanks to a careful choice of furnishings and lightning systems.
