Baja California is developed on a compact plot of 269sq meters in one of the most seismic hazard zones of the city. This triggered multiple challenges and opportunities that concluded with the following results: The building has a one parking lot at the main level and 13 apartments including 1 loft subdivided in 7 different levels.
