Towada civic center plaza in Japan by Kengo Kuma & Associates

This wooden building was constructed as the city’s community center for people to gather. We repeated the roofs for the façade so that it could merge into the neighboring townscape of small houses.

“BARBARESCO” is a trattoria enjoying the assortment style of casual Italian dish and selected wine by the sommelier.

It is basically arranged with color schemes emphasizing “exquisite restaurant” and stressing the designs of softness for casual usage.

Nebuta House in Aomori, Japan by molo design

Nebuta House  is a museum and centre for creative culture in the Northern Japanese city of Aomori. In 2002, Stephanie Forsythe and Todd MacAllen won an international architecture competition for their design of a housing and community project in Aomori, Japan. The competition was judged by Tadao Ando and Jean Nouvel, and sponsored by the City of Aomori.
