The house is located in a new subdivision in the village of Valeria del Mar, near the Atlantic city of Pinamar, distant 360 km to the south of Buenos Aires.
The building is placed in a typical party wall urban lot, in a block with an open expanse of train tracks in front. From the building you can see this magnificent industrial landscape and behind it, the river and its islands.
The order stipulates the construction of commercial properties which are located in the central area of General Roca, Rio Negro.
Three commercial offices are determined with different hierarchy, where two of them are the subsidiaries smaller offices, should be indeterminate without knowing the program or future uses.

From the architect. Located in one of the most recent private developments on the outskirts of the city of Santa Fe (Argentina), the house is designed entirely on one floor, it consists of 2 separate elements linked together by the access circulation.
It is a lot in a Country Club founded in 1950, to which the years have added the incalculable value of a splendid forestation. A combination of different species of trees and bushes provide scenic value to the place throughout the year.
The project took place in an old corner property. It is a typical house built in the mid-twentieth century considered as self-construction housing. The property is divided into three separate units. The actual project was performed on corner unit, which functioned as an old bicycle store in the neighborhood.
Located on an 800sqm plot in a gated community 30km away from Buenos Aires city, Pedro House is a medium scale family housing that responds to the requirements of an active social life, flexible spaces and visual amplitude, emphasizing the privacy.
Wanka House is a vacation home thought of as a place where things happen and as a playful space where family and friends meet to relax… this does not mean, however, to be quiet.
The house, which is set a hundred meters from the sea in Cariló – a seaside town 400 km from Buenos Aires city-, is nourished and inspired by the landscape. This is why the brief took full advantage of the views of the surroundings and the optimal sunlight where the plot is situated.
Pop-Arq is an Argentinean branch of Supersudaca. At Supersudaca, and most of all with the Chilean architect Juan Pablo Corvalán, we developed the ‘mueblenstein’ concept, a mixture between furniture and Frankenstein. Those are objects that resolve several problems at a time by adding functions. In reduced or complex spaces, sometimes a single object can solve the whole architectural demand and linking functions not related.
The house is part of a typical Buenos Aires condominium typology called “PH”. The houses are aligned in a very long and narrow lot, and connected through a corridor. In this case, the unit is located in the middle of the condominium with no direct connection to the street, opening to its own patio. The lot area is quite small, measuring 7m by 6m.
