Now it has been extended to an ensemble by an additional building. The open courtyard was completed and the existing garage partially built on. Though normally a place dedicated to “work”, from the beginning the concept of quality of life and leisure culture took a mayor part in the planning. Two-floor entrance lobby with common rooms on ground floor has broad glazing openings and is shown on facade, so in that way lobby is opened towards central forecourt. On the client´s request all rooms were designed the same so consequently punctuated facade was developed with the pattern derived from the windows of the rooms.
