The proposal for the new funeral home in Sant Joan Despí arise from understanding the intervention as the end of the urban ensemble formed by the Fontsanta park and the existing cemetery. Its location is based on the following criteria:
It’s a new church built in the surroundings of Barcelona. This church was built due to a public operation of building some social houses and a religious facility in the town of Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
The school, with a planned gross floor area of about 700 m2, had to be placed on a very small site, of just 630 m2, situated beyond on an existing sports court that was intended as the school’s playground. The surroundings were formed by a football ground to the west and, to the east, by a sector of single-family dwellings separated from the school plot by an alleyway of just three meters wide.

This blockhouse is located in ‘La bonanova’ neighborhood in Barcelona. It stands out in the middle of a residential area thanks to its powerful facade made out of big white bricks. The composition of these pieces plays a big part in the image of the front of the building.
In this apartment building, we strived to obtain the maximum quality through a conscientious work in constructive details and well-finish interior and exterior surfaces.
The project’s main aim is to create a pleasant building for senior citizens, a space where they feel comfortable and one they can identify with. The construction materials and finishes used are therefore familiar, warm and comfortable, such as ceramic and wood, to create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

The renovation of lobby and common areas of Beethoven building Barcelona was a particular challenger for our studio because we want to give a very new image to the interior areas, with the idea of a contemporary and technological place. To carry out our task, we focus on creating a neutral space where the use of materials with high resistance and metallic colors could mark the perimeter and indicate the flow of the course.

Municipal Sports Hall situated on a plot of Vacarisses suburban, small town in the province of Barcelona. Medium size typology, and conditioned by a narrow parcel, the project is solved with a peculiar situation of the smaller service pieces, and a great versatile cover that incorporates all the complexities of the project, plot, orientation, functional inter connection between parts, etc. An unusual final twist of the structure frame, solve the complexity of the cover in a quiet way.
