The latest Udo Krollman Corporate Centre and Wolf architectural practice project in Berlin has brought to the city one of the most unconventional and daring architectural ventures seen to date. Following their very own tradition of acquisition and transformation of commercial and residential properties to meet the demands of a part of the market thirsty for exclusivity, over 20 years trading, have given the Udo Krollman Corporate Centre the experience and knowledge to always make the most breakthrough design bids.
UPDGRADE is an housing project in Berlin Germany. We planed the two story Penthouse on a side wing of a tenement that was destroyed during world war 2.
The first floor is used as a kitchen, dining room and living room(double hight) plus a huge terrace. the top floor contains the bedroom, the master bathroom and an office/guestroom.

The Baupiloten construct a new cafeteria full of mood- and weather-dependent lighting.
The Baupiloten have constructed a new cafeteria within the framework of a new master plan for the remodeling of the TU Berlin’s main building. The cafeteria connects two courtyards located within the listed 19th century building and provides them with a new function. The cafeteria’s distinctive luminous ceiling is already visible from the university’s foyer and through the windows of the inner courtyards.

J. MAYER H. und Partner, Architekten has been named the winner of the invited competition for Volt Berlin, a new concept for a location for shopping and urban experience near Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. The experience cluster is a fusion concept combining a multi-brand store, various experiential offerings, events, and a hotel, and is directed towards adventurous visitors with a focus on a smart urban lifestyle.
The Bread & Butter fashion trade show in Berlin takes place in the reception and hangar of the former Tempelh of airport site. DITTEL | ARCHITEKTEN designed a two-level trade fair stand of approx. 450 m² for fashion label Tom Tailor. Moreover we were responsible for concept, planning and realisation of the space. Tom Tailor used this impressive space to present its new look and the brand re-launch for the first time.
The Havelwerke are a place for originals since over a hundred years. On the site of a former prussian powder factory the users have always produced, collected, preserved, presented their goods. The tradition of this special place is now the studio’s guideline. Pott Architects developed a masterplan to design the industrial park homogeneously.
One of Foster and Partners most ecologically advanced buildings, the new Library for the Faculty of Philology, was opened today at the Free University, Berlin. The library is the culmination of decades of research and experimentation by the studio on how buildings can utilise passive and active technologies to radically increase energy efficiency and reduce the impact on the environment.

The villa is built in an angular shape on a 1250 m2 land with old trees on the outskirts of Berlin. The new villa is attached to an existing weekend house but there is no functional connection, only to make the most of the landscape garden where birds, squirrels and hedgehogs live. Sometimes a fox from the near forest is looking around the corner.
The house on Brunnenstrasse 9 is an extension of the foundations of a building “ruin” that was the result of a bad investment in the ’90s. The existing consisted of the cellar walls towards the neighboring house, the street and the courtyard, and a cellar ceiling, with exception of the parts of the lift and the drive-through; the steel reinforcement of the incomplete building protruded from the street level. The found structure was not only included but was even further developed in the new building. The angles of sun rays determine the volume of the attic floor, maximizing the light exposure of the building in the back.
Werner Düttmann was one of post-war-architecture’s most influental figures in West-Berlin. Not only as long term head of the town planning deapartment, especially as architect, he shapped West-Berlins face. Among his work are buildings such as the Academy of the Arts in Berlin’s Hansaviertel or the Brücke-Museum.
