Located in a famous street at the São Paulo bohemian neighborhood Vila Madalena, Guilhermina is a restaurant and rotisserie with a differentiated concept, and is the first enterprise by this group of investors.
Contain[it] developed together with Alphaville, a sales booth that intends to innovate and break with the use of temporary structures for the sale of real estate projects in the Brazilian market. What is seen in the market today are structures that are very attractive for the public, or structures that are significantly reusable. The idea of the project was to address both aims.
“Studio Brasilia 27 – SB27” is an apartment designed with multifunctional furniture.
Located in Asa Sul,Brasilia, Brasil, it’s the current residence of the Architect Fabio Cherman, where he sleeps, works, cooks, meets friends and even accommodates guests, all in only 27m2.
INHOTIM ”Inhotim is a unique site that offers a broad ensemble of art works, displayed outdoors as well as in both temporary and permanent galleries, all located inside a Botanical Garden of extraordinary beauty. The landscaping was originally inspired by famed architect and landscape artist Roberto Burle Marx (1909-1994), and rare plant species are distributed in an esthetically pleasing manner throughout an estate which also sports five lakes and a preserved forest area.
Project of an executive hotel, located near the Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport (Galeão), into Infraero concession zone. The undertaking arises from World Cup and Olympic Games lodging demand in Rio de Janeiro before, during and after these events.
The eight houses that compose Vila Aphins challenge the logic of vertical buildings: the different units are disposed side by side horizontally, and function vertically. The street continues through the villa, partially covered by the building, and gives access to the staircase of each individual unit. The parking lot, gardens and common areas are also placed on this street. On the first floor of every house, one single area provides space for the kitchen, dining and living.
The site is located in Sousas, one of four districts from the city of Campinas-Sao Paulo, a place that keeps very peculiar characteristics, with provincial air, protected from Campinas high degree of industrialization even though being situated only 10 km from the busy downtown.
Occupying a lot at Alameda Jaú in the Jardins district, São Paulo, Deliqatê is a restaurant specialized in gourmet sandwiches and is the first enterprise from this group of investors whose intention is to take it to other capital cities in the country.
