From an exclusive hotel proposal, Greenhouse, at Felissimo Exclusive Hotel in Balneário Camboriú, aims to link architecture and nature through the available technologies, sustainability principles and the harnessing of the local conditions.
Through a simplified implantation that respects the steep slope of the terrain, the building, inserted in the intermmediate level of the gap, can be accessed by a side staircase, which explains by itself the criteria of implantation of the building. From the stairs, the access occurs by the lower level, starting from the lawn parking, or by the roof level, which is completely covered by vegetation to soften internal temperatures.
How to insert an object in the context of an avenue dominated by green and trees? The RCF building seeks to dissolve into the landscape of av. Getúlio Vargas, Curitiba, Brazil, dominated by vegetation. Thus, it would make a hybrid between object and landscape. In this way red appears as a counterpoint, as presence.
The project was born from the positioning of the apparent concrete structure on the perimeter of the building. This solution, traditional in Brazilian modernist architecture, which also serves as a vertical brise, frees up the internal space that free of structural elements enjoys broad future flexibility. From this action, the construction process made the act of filling the void of the structure. Thus, between the openings were positioned glazing frames and modulated windows with maxim-air frames that allow opening even in typical rainy and hot summer days. In the east and west direct insolation facades were placed metallic shutters for better solar control. The building also has green ceilings, north and south facades with double ventilated facade in ACM. AQUA Certified Building. The plant has slight curvature to accommodate the narrow terrain and respect the setbacks required by legislation.
Blue Note SP is located on the 2nd floor of a building inside a large avenue in São Paulo. With 800m2 has a lounge with stage, bar and sound / light control, tiring-house, bathrooms, industrial kitchen, foyer, support areas, external balconies, side porch and deck.
It has an intimate, sophisticated, theatrical and simple style.
It was a refit. To fulfill the function of concert hall, 90% of the internal walls were demolished; nearly 60% of the reception floor was raised to the level of the rest of the space; existing bathrooms have become a part of the bar; the toilets have been shifted to the left. The toilets were added in numbers, urinals and tubs. An accessible single toilet, with washroom for the outside balcony and cleaning support area was also added. The space received two dressing rooms with private bathrooms, industrial kitchen, administrative room, staff bathrooms, storage area and raised floors in the lounge of the 03 sofa areas and stage areas.
The existing ramp was demolished and redone with another shape and correct slope to meet accessibility requests by law.
Located on the north coast of Santa Catarina State, Penha stands out for fun and beach tourism. The city is anchored by the Beto Carrero World theme park, in addition to 19 beaches. The CSP house is located on Armação Beach, with a privileged location facing the sea.
The structural synthesis configures the architecture of this residence. The skeleton of beams and apparent pillars format a heavy and floating volume. Robust beams and pillars format two balances in the structure of 4 and 6 meters respectively to the south and north directions. The social balcony is set to the north and the space used to shelter the cars is set to the south.
Purunã Refuge is located in the Balsa Nova City at the foot of a geographical fault called Escarpa Denoviana. Its privileged view contemplates both the urban environment – cities of Campo Largo and Curitiba – as the nature of the Atlantic forest and Serra do Mar. The refuge is protected to the west by a native forest and opens to the east and north for a panoramic view of the Brazilian nature.
The premise of the project was to preserve the largest number of trees in the field, so the house plan follows a non-orthogonal tracing, bypassing them, so that their implantation occurs continuously and naturally, always preserving the contact with the vegetation and the internal/external relationship.
Two rotating blind blocks and a detached cover make up the façade of the residence, revealing nothing of the interior and working them in such a way that the angulation of these volumes encourages and induces people to enter the space.
The Loft Refúgio, signed by architect Consuelo Jorge for CASACOR São Paulo 2019, marks its 14th participation in the largest architecture and decoration show in the Americas. An interactive, cozy space to reflect, reconnect and renew the energies, a representation of the desire of modern man. A unique design, where comfort and nature meet, and well-being aligns with design, providing unique sensations in an elegant and welcoming space.
The 101m² offer a sophisticated and warm atmosphere within an integrated space. Inspired by the theme of the year, “Planeta Casa”, Consuelo sought to rescue nature in an urban retreat. Through references in natural materials such as bamboo and stone, a rereading was created to convey this sense of naturalness while maintaining elegance and enhancing, through technology, classic coatings.
This house was designed for a site located on the slope of one of the hills of the Serra das Cabras, in Campinas, SP. An area marked by considerable inclines and the beautiful landscape consisting of forest originates at the confluence of a number of small waterways.
The residence is shaped in a simple pavillion of forty for seven meters, part resting on the ground and other aerial part. This pavilion intimate environments, more restricted access, are leased in part supported and guarded by an embankment constructed, providing every comfort and coziness necessary.

Cookie Stories' first café project is born along with a new moment for the brand, with the renewal of its identity and the achievement of a physical space to serve customers.
The chosen location, is at Moyses Marcondes Street in Curitiba, was in a precarious condition inherited from the former tenant, necessitating a complete renovation of the premises to meet the new use of the space, always with attention to the short term for the commercial work.
The project was designed in a way that the private collection of vintage cars are kept in a cloistered environment, with no natural ventilation so that the cars are preserved. The designated location is a 20K m2 area in the natural beauty of Indaiatuba city, in Sao Paulo countryside.
The project was bounded by the metallic structure, crossing the 20 meters central opening, without any central columns, which resulted in the distinct “w” shaped beams.
