Located in a very nice area in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this 260 square meter apartment has a complete view of the Guanabara’s Bay. It was purchased by a young couple and fully remodelled according to their wishes and desires. The interior was conceived to create a pleasant atmosphere, in accordance to the owners’ style. The new finishes and pieces of furniture are mostly white and their elegant and contemporary look adorn the room. The BWW apartment is a project that is considerate of the couple’s gatherings during the weekends. It would be perfect for anyone looking to create new dishes and to watch movies with family and friends. In order to make room for those activities, one of the bedrooms was demolished so that the living room could be enlarged. Since the owners also needed a spacious kitchen, it was removed one of its walls to make room for a black quartz table which plays a central role in the room.
SuperLimão Studio was invited by Riccó to develop a design to their new space facade in São Paulo (Brazil). With the aim to provide more visibility and convey attributes linked to a century corporate furnitures brazilian brand, the big challenge was to build a new facade to a preexisting building located in one of the most important avenue in the city.

This old three story penthouse has been fully remodelled from a terrible condition, and is now perfect for a family with children. The apartment faces Guanabara’s Bay and comes with an astonishing view of Rio de Janeiro, Sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer. Most of the original walls have been demolished and the areas rearranged, creating more open spaces, and meaning each bedroom now has its own en-suite bathroom. The dark interior and heavy atmosphere have been completely replaced by beautiful light and open space. The facades and roof are insulated, and all the outside walls covered with tiles to avoid constant maintenance.
Located in a residential condominium at Barra do Una Beach (located in São Sebastião, near of São Paulo city), the project UNA Pavilion was signed by the brazilian architecture office Apiacás Arquitetos. For this project, Apiacás had the feasibility as a premise, considering the choice of materials and mainly focusing on the constructive details, capable of organizing the assembly system. Therefore, the structure is made up of standardized and modular elements: the foundation was executed in concrete, followed by pillars and beams in Cumaru wood, strategically placed in central axes in order to give greater freedom to the pivotal doors that make up the facade.
An original and unsual project of approxamately 450 m2, such was the proposal of architects Carolina Sakuno and Fausto Cintra for this residence, belonging to a young family. The volumetry of straight and pure lines pleased the taste of the clients who were longing a comtemporary residence.

House 4.16.3 is located in the city of Erechim, in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul, brazilian state, around 400 km from the state capital, Porto Alegre. The region has a subtropical climate, with warm, humid summers and chilly, rainy winters, which poses yet another challenge to the architect, in terms of habitability. Built on a terrain with a slope of twenty meters and several native plant species, the project sought to minimally alter the topography, proposing a building that lies on one of its highest parts and, from there on, develops sometimes accommodating itself on the natural profile and sometimes hovering over it.
“A contemporary apartment, with a clear connection to the modern design of collective housing in the beginning of Brasília”. That was the guidance, which our clients gave us at the time, today our dearest friends, in the beginning of the architectonic design to remodel the apartment, located in middle of Brasília.
