The design of this residence in Limassol, is identified by modernistic archetypes, while minimalistic morphological choices were made, in order to distinguish its pure architectural features, which led to a result without unnecessary decorations and exaggerations. The composition of two basic volumes, which are identified by their function and material – white color for the communal spaces, exposed concrete for the private spaces, constitutes the main idea of the project. An important part of the composition is the creation of a small atrium on the ground floor, which improves the natural lighting conditions of the communal spaces and improves the natural cross-ventilation conditions. At the same time, the 1st floor’s volume is projected at the southeastern side, thus creating a covered outdoor area and providing sun protection. Finally, the bioclimatic elements used in the design of this house, led to its classification as a nearly zero-energy building (nZEB).
The Paphos coast is an inspiring place, its popularity with visitors, residents, and investors is testament to the beauty and the quality of life this small Mediterranean town offers. The western coast specifically holds a special magic that manifests most strongly just before dusk. The sight of the sun dipping into the horizon over the sea is so enchanting that people naturally gravitate to this area for afternoon walks, beach days, coffee time, and more.

The renowned experts of Luxury Lifestyle Awards can proudly recommend MARR Tower by MARR Group, this year’s winner in the category of The Best Luxury Real Estates in Limassol, Cyrus.
The aim of the project is the development of a new building next to the existing Paphos District court building to provide additional court rooms alongside office space. The new building sits in the plot next to the existing court, which was previously used as a car park.
The design aims to create a continuation of the street elevation between the two buildings, inserting like an abstract form, which maintains the general scale of the street and the area and showcase the human scale as well. The proposed building extends lengthwise of the plot, using atriums to allow natural light enter the building.
The project’s site is located on a riverside plot with a big inclination and a dominant landscape surrounding. The main idea of the design was to bring the landscape views inside the house – thus creating different perspectives of nature through every living space.
The program was developed in 3 levels whereas different level exterior spaces were designed to serve everyday life during different weather conditions. Two main yards are created in the north and south in two separated levels (upper and lower).

A low budget renovation for a hotel apartment complex in Ayia Napa. The building was originally build as apartments to be sold to tourists or locals as holiday or weekend homes. Our task was to turn them into a hotel apartment block to be used as long or short term rental apartments. We used light materials and happy vivid colors along with the neutral colors for the big surfaces. All of these come in contrast with the blue Cypriot sky and the bright Cypriot sun! We renovated all of the areas of the hotel either by tearing down unnecessary walls and building new ones where needed as well as changed most of the furniture in the public spaces. All bedrooms where renovated in contemporary style

After the huge success the restaurant concept had in Nicosia and Larnaca, the time came for creating a similar restaurant in Limassol. The challenge here was to apply the same concept as in the other restaurants of the chain, in a space already used as a restaurant, covered with marble on the walls and wood everywhere else. We kept as much as possible, due to the fact that it was a low budget renovation, but refreshed and reused it, to match our concept. This project was in collaboration with interior designer Leonidas Leonidou.

The concept for this pioneer restaurant was to successfully combine tradition with contemporary design and has set the example for other similar restaurants to follow. The result is a space with traditional atmosphere created in a unique and contemporary way just like the restaurant serves a traditional product in a unique and contemporary way. A low budget restaurant in minimal lines with “clean” materials in a combination of cold and warm colors. Inspired mostly by it’s name, the bar is the dominant element in the space. You can watch and enjoy how your food is being cooked sited on stools and counters or on conventional chairs and tables. This project was in collaboration with interior designer Leonidas Leonidou.
