This project is consisted of three major volumes. Two of them are forming an “L” shape plan on the ground floor, and the other one sits on top of them at a 30 degrees angle.
The reason for creating such a composition, was to maintain visibility to the most beautiful views the house could have, and at the same provide appropriate orientation for shading for an improved thermal performance.
The project is for a family with 2 kids. It consist of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a master bedroom with en suit bathroom covered with gray marble and a walk in wardrobe on the first floor.

The proposal is situated in the rocky, hillside in the outer suburbs of Limassol, surrounded by the endless tranquility of the majestic area, with uninterrupted views towards the seaside.
The proposed house is situated in the outer suburbs of Nicosia surrounded by the endless tranquility of the majestic agricultural terrains.
Inspired by the existing topography of the area, form and landscape interweave into one hybrid structure, allowing for multi-layered programme, views and landscape to co-exist harmoniously.
The house is located on a very steep hill in an ethnical village of Cyprus. The facades and the roof of this house comprise one entity. The ‘skin’ , the wrapping of the building, consisting of Iroko wood cladding, is open in strategic places in order to let the environment in – “window to nature”.
The site is defined in the city boundary. The whole complex is a smooth transition from the urban fabric to the non built space and vice versa.A space grid/interconnection that is able to co-exist in an autonomous way or as an integral part of the city, while at the same time constitutes a landmark for the city of Pafos.
The house is located outside of Paphos centre, in Geroskipou.
In order to build the comfortable house for the customers, the architect has paid attention to their requirements: three bedrooms, big veranda, a space for family and a special space for celebrations and events, the house has to be located far from the road. The customers preferred classical features in the outside.

The 2008 bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, once the fourth largest investment bank in the United States, was a clear sign that “something is rotten in the State of Denmark”1and set fire to the lurking financial crisis worldwide. A crisis spreading in
a chain reaction – possibly the most complex one since the Second World War and quite different from the 1929 stock market crash – the consequences of which are still felt today, especially within the European territory.

Situated in the urban area of Engomi in Nicosia, Cyprus, Constantinos Kalisperas architectural studio completed project PROTON, a three storey building that consists of three spacious single floor apartments overlooking an intriguing park proposed by the Architect. The glass, steel, white concrete building with the clean organic curved lines allowing light to be the primary focus, is a surprise in it self!

The house was designed for a young couple and their daughter and is situated on the outskirts of Nicosia. The house falls into the category of ‘half plots’ where two distinct residences are constructed in the same plot and share a wall, also allowing for a three meter setback on the plot’s periphery.
