The interior of the residential house “STEP-UP House” with an area of 196m2 was designed by “SVOYA studio” for a young family.
The existing configuration of the house made it possible to logically distribute the public and private areas.
In the entrance area there is a technical room with a basement for all engineering equipment of the house (water purification, heating and duct air conditioning and ventilation). There is also a compact guest bathroom.
The “Hello BABY” children’s center is located on the first floor of a residential complex in the central part of the city of Dnipro.

Coffee House “CULTURIST” is located on the first floor of a historic building on the Central Avenue of the Dnipro city. This Coffee House positions itself not just as a place of leisure, but as a cultural space where every element corresponds to this idea – from interior elements to coffee paraphernalia. It is a Coffee House with its atmosphere and ideology. Where the interior does not dominate the guests, but creates an optimal restrained entourage for recreation, communication and cultural development.
This house is unique and special, because it has round form and a huge list with technical task. We named it Traveler’s house, as it characterizes the main idea of interior solutions. The hallway, living room at first and second floor, kitchen are made in Mediterranean style with Italian motive. This is affable, neutral and cozy style. All of these concern central area of the house. One of the most elegant rooms in the house is a parlor. There is Italian wood, which contrasts with light ceiling. The parlor is genuine, with real antiquary staff from all over the world. Also, there is a big library with books, which the costumer loves to read in his comfortable leather sofa. On the walls you can see the collection of butterflies, sea knots and other interesting things. Another impressive thing is consolidate ceiling with beautiful picture of ancient myths. A huge aquarium also is located in the parlor. It impresses it’s underwater world: live corals, sea urchins and rare fishes. A monumental table, sofa and chairs for playing chess — all of these are the attributes of real parlor. On the first floor there are two guest bedrooms. They are very cozy and comfortable. One of them is in Spanish mood, another — in Dutch style. Master bedroom the architects made in Provence style, while children’s room are in English mood. All of these rooms are joined by unified approach and holistic interior solutions, which create a special atmosphere in the house. On the ground floor there is a billiards room with the rest room, tea room in Japanese style, sauna with pool and massage room. We are very happy that the customers live in this house and use all of it’s facilities every day.

A stunning bar Winovnik was opened at the center of Dnepr, which is ready to offer the best wine in this city. We have done everything to make all the ideas real, the space, where all attention belongs to wine! At the main hall you can taste 30 kinds of wine and try chef dishes and at the adjacent space you have an opportunity to buy a bottle of wine that you like. Creating a design of the café we were focused on neutral tones and a feeling of lightness. A monochrome of the brick has it’s continuation in calm colors of furniture. Luxury green curtains complement the main color palette and divide space into functional zones.
Ascetic 140 square meters of modern house on a stony slope above the river. The triangular shape of the building was created in a dialogue with the client, who likes sharp forms, open planning, conciseness and simplicity. From the overhanging terrace, where are located a pizza oven and a large table, a chic panorama of the river opens.
