This assignment for a new multifunctional building with a spectator’s grandstand along the existing track has been approached by us from the sport itself.
Omroep Brabant is a regional broadcasting company. It touches the peoples hearts in the Brabant region. COEN! Translated this feeling into the new interior of this organisation. A warm welcome in the entrance hall, a poem and floor pattern about the purple heath and subtle translation of the typical Brabant flag. A visualisation of tradition in a modern entourage.
The apartment is situated in the Medina Building by the London architect Neave Brown. On top of each apartment is a garden terrace. A hanging garden. This makes the building a green paradise in the heart of the city and makes the apartment really a house upside down!

The V Tower is part of the Flight Forum in Eindhoven, an industrial park with an urban plan by MVRDV. It is based on six clusters dropped loosely into the landscape and accessed from a looping road, a branch connection of the A2. The tower, which contains offices, is situated in ‘cluster 1’, where all buildings with office functions are concentrated. The site is cut across its full length by a parking garage whose roof creates a platform for a second urban level, which even contains a bus line. While the main entrance of the tower is related to the elevated level, delivery and parking take place at the level of the ring road.
