The InfoTech Office Building is a 3 level, single use office building for InfoTech, a software company located in Gainesville, FL., near UF The building terminates Tech-Park, part of the overall Celebration Pointe project, designed by CUPKOVIC architecture for Celebration Pointe Partners.
Designs for the new PGA TOUR headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida were revealed to the public today. The new building, designed by Foster + Partners, exemplifies the values of the PGA TOUR by engaging with the surrounding green landscape and creating an uplifting and inspiring environment for its staff, players and visitors alike.
Located to the south of the Clubhouse at TPC at Sawgrass, the new 187,000 square-foot headquarters will be nestled within the verdant landscape and surrounded by a large freshwater lake, echoing the iconic ‘Island Green’ 17th hole at THE PLAYERS Stadium Course. Envisaged as the new Global Home of the PGA TOUR, the innovative building embraces new ways of working and collaboration in response to changing media landscapes and audiences, as the TOUR looks towards the future.

38 Beams, served as the temporary pavilion housing the Collectors Lounge for the tenth edition of Design Miami/ Miami Beach. With 38 Beams, Olson Kundig aimed to bring a northwest sensibility to this international event, by sourcing fashion, music, lighting, furniture and other design elements from makers and purveyors based in the Pacific Northwest.

Faena District will provide the city of Miami Beach with a neighborhood integrating dynamic cultural, residential, hotel, retail, culinary and public environments with a dynamic combination of art, culture, and design as their foundation. OMA has designed three buildings for Faena District—Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar and Park. These distinct structures are linked by a sequence of public areas including an entry plaza on Collins Avenue and an open courtyard within the Faena Bazaar.

International design and innovation office Carlo Ratti Associati has unveiled the design of a master plan for the Currie Park waterfront of West Palm Beach, Florida, featuring a one-of-a-kind floating plaza that utilizes some of the same technologies employed in the construction of underwater vessels. The project will transform a 19-hectare vacant area on the coast of Lake Worth Lagoon, the narrow sea channel that separates the two cities of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, creating a major new complex that includes housing, retail, and leisure facilities.
