The construction of two new buildings transforms the use of the Lacassagne telephone exchange, built by the architect André Gutton in the 1970s, highlighting its qualities as a piece of architectural heritage.
Delvaux – the oldest luxury leather goods house in the world – opens a new Parisian boutique, its fourth in the French capital. The store is situated in Rue Saint Honoré, one of the most famous streets for luxury retail.
Just a stone’s throw from the Jardin des Tuileries and the elegant Place Vendôme, a stunning listed building was chosen as the exclusive location for the Delvaux boutique. Vudafieri-Saverino Partners were once again commissioned to add their unique stamp. The Milan-based architecture practice has designed Delvaux boutiques around the world since 2012, giving each store a narrative slant that differs according to the characteristics and culture of each city, from Milan to Hong Kong, from London to New York.
The new media library is set in the context of a richly abundant built heritage and landscape. It is located in the town of Pélissanne in Provence, formerly a fortified town, which has preserved a large number of town houses of great heritage value. One of these is Maureau House in the heart of the town, together with its park, which are now home to the media library.

The reopening of the site of the Seine Paper Mills is a historic event for Nanterre, due to its size – a plot of over 17 hectares with a single tenant – its place in the memory of the town, its unique location on the banks of the river, the quality of access offered, and its proximity to one of the loveliest parks developed on the banks of the Seine in the last few years. From all points of view, the site is a rare resource.
The project to rehabilitate the old extension to the SNCF head offices on Place de Budapest in the 9th arrondissement provided an opportunity to address the problematic of rehabilitating a post-modern building, while at the same time focusing on approaches to urbanism at a meeting point between two eminently Parisian neighbourhoods.
Antonio Virga has delivered, in the historic center of Cahors, the “Grand Palais”, a 7-theater cinema with a capacity of 1,051 spectators that is part of a master redevelopment plan for the Place Bessières, now dedicated to pedestrians.
Located on the north side of the historic center of the town of Cahors and a few steps away from the banks of the Lot River, this cinema stands on a former site dedicated to the army (today renamed Place Bessières). The project offered the opportunity to recreate and reinterpret the symmetry of the preexisting army barracks by occupying the area of the east wing of this complex, destroyed by fire in 1943. Previously serving as a parking lot, the Place Bessières has been transformed into a broad and welcoming urban space dedicated to pedestrians and protected by an existing canopy of trees.
Cour Bareuzai is situated in the heart of Dijon. Itt is an ensemble of carefully renovated courtyards and mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries, in which Chapman Taylor created 2,300 square metres of spaces for retail, catering ans offices.
On the border between Saint-Servan and the Bouvet basin of the port of Saint-Malo, the project should connect two environments : one urban, the other port.
This small, sober and discreet architecture is an important part of the port identity of this changing district. Inspired by the image of the docks of yesteryear, it frees itself from them to play with skewed lines and offer chiseled volumes, precious and contemporary prisms.
WHERE : In order to boost sports activities in the Municipality of Thouars. A major restructuring of the Thouars sports complex has taken place. Our project finalizes the renovation of the equipment.
WHAT : The stadium meets a federal athletics and rugby program and requirements. We are in charge of building the changing rooms of these two Associations and of the covered stands.
