The latest Udo Krollman Corporate Centre and Wolf architectural practice project in Berlin has brought to the city one of the most unconventional and daring architectural ventures seen to date. Following their very own tradition of acquisition and transformation of commercial and residential properties to meet the demands of a part of the market thirsty for exclusivity, over 20 years trading, have given the Udo Krollman Corporate Centre the experience and knowledge to always make the most breakthrough design bids.
UPDGRADE is an housing project in Berlin Germany. We planed the two story Penthouse on a side wing of a tenement that was destroyed during world war 2.
The first floor is used as a kitchen, dining room and living room(double hight) plus a huge terrace. the top floor contains the bedroom, the master bathroom and an office/guestroom.

The Baupiloten construct a new cafeteria full of mood- and weather-dependent lighting.
The Baupiloten have constructed a new cafeteria within the framework of a new master plan for the remodeling of the TU Berlin’s main building. The cafeteria connects two courtyards located within the listed 19th century building and provides them with a new function. The cafeteria’s distinctive luminous ceiling is already visible from the university’s foyer and through the windows of the inner courtyards.
The Mercedes Benz Museum intricately combines structure and content. The Museum is dedicated to a legendary car; its unique structure has been specifically devised to showcase a collection in which technology, adventure, attractiveness and distinction are merged. It is also a Museum for people to freely move through, to dream, learn, look and let themselves be oriented by fascinations, light and space…

J. MAYER H. und Partner, Architekten has been named the winner of the invited competition for Volt Berlin, a new concept for a location for shopping and urban experience near Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. The experience cluster is a fusion concept combining a multi-brand store, various experiential offerings, events, and a hotel, and is directed towards adventurous visitors with a focus on a smart urban lifestyle.

The architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) are designing the new rehearsal building for the ballet company of Deutsche Oper am Rhein. In a consortium with HOCHTIEF Solutions, they were commissioned by Düsseldorf City Council in a PPP scheme.

The Burkhardt Leitner constructiv exhibition stand at the EuroShop 2014 showcases creative ways of employing its modular architecture systems. It also honours the company’s founder on the occasion of his seventieth birthday. This year, the company’s core strengths – precision, innovation and modularity – team up with a strong emotional pull. The slogan ‘In Love with Detail’ frames surprising new ways of employing the company’s functional, minimalist system architecture, attracting attention from new target groups as well as the industry itself.
Showcasing the latest innovations in furniture design, the imm cologne is Germany’s first trade event of the year and an important indicator of up and coming trends. The exhibition stand of Walter Knoll, a furniture company with a long and prestigious history, is a further milestone in its new brand architecture, first embodied in the redesign of its Herrenberg showroom.
The proposed office building on Plot 10 in Cologne’s historic Rheinauhafen harbour district occupies a prime waterfront position, situated between two fifteen-storey ‘crane house’ office towers. The building’s distinctive stepped elevation is designed to create a strongly sculptural presence while responding to the views across the harbour.
