Casa Florenzano is located in Jardins Munich, a horizontal condominium in the city of Goiânia, in central Brazil. The tropical and hot climate was decisive in the adopted party. Ground floor, light and well ventilated, the house is discreet in its volume, defined by few lines. Establishes an intense dialogue with the garden. The living environments are joined to the balcony through large frames, which when open, result in a unique environment.
The residence located in the Residencial Aldeia do Vale in Goiânia, had a centennial Ipê Ama-relo as the main element for the definition of the architectural party. In the longilineal terrain, of 25m of front by 100m of depth, the access to the house takes place by the catwalk that takes us to the main entrance. When you cross the portico, the house reveals itself without details: the whole social part integrates with the law-sure and emphasizes the amplitude and usability of the spaces. From the other side, the circulation leads to the rooms guaranteeing privacy to the intimate sector.
The house was designed for a couple (he businessman, she housewife) with two children.
The idea was to greatly value leisure and socializing areas. It is a project of 560m2 that we developed from the beginning, also in a horizontal condominium.
The house has a feature that closely approximates Modernist architecture, which are these lines more straight and minimalist.
We called the house of Cobogó because one of the façades, which opened onto the street, was framed with this “Cobogó Casa”, which is also a drawing of the architect.
The lower part of the house (ground floor) is all integrated with a large investment in the gourmet and leisure area – pool, beach and sauna.
With a regular plot of land, the house, which has a modern architecture and, at the same time, needs of this residence of almost 500 square meters, was implanted in “L” format, which guarantees shadowing to the balcony and the feeling of prolongation of the green area.
The architectural party of the House of the Climbing was defined in order to value the conditions offered by the place. Observed the physical and topographic conditions, as well as the solar orientation and the winds, the volume was defined from the choice of the concrete as main constructive element. However, poetics is in the way this material has taken shape. In the main volume, the social and leisure area is defined by a light coverage. The prestressed concrete happens like a smooth curved line, almost like a leaf hovering in the air. In contrast, the social area is present by a solid rectangular volume, which at the same time is \”heavy\”, \”floats\” on two sculptural pillars. Under this volume, garden, garage and a climbing wall coexist harmoniously.
