Sterlite Energy Limited (SEL) is an energy company focused on development and operation of power plants in India. SEL is a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources PLC. It is headquartered in India and wanted their new facility to communicate a clear sense of reliability for the country within a co-existential environment which they believe is a key to sustainable tomorrow. One of the key client briefs was to communicate this transparent sense of reliability which strengthens their systems and helps preserve diversities within the organization.
The Chintels Corporate Park is conceived as a boutique office complex where efficiency meets clean and contemporary aesthetics to create a landmark office building in the suburban commercial hub of Gurgaon. The project is visible along a flight descent and is designed to be iconic and distinctive through its form. As one moves down from Dwarka express line of the Delhi airport, the crown is witnessed along with the rhythmic stepping of the green terraces.
Designing a new studio space for a long established and leading environmental graphics firm meant creating a spatial experience that provided continuity with their work ethic and yet explored new inter-relationships that could foster creative thinking.
The design process began with a deep understanding of the rituals of the creative group; headed by Anthony Lopez. On an everyday level their zen-like approach towards a barefoot office, sharing a communal lunch, multiple spaces for informal reflection, outdoor pads for the all-pervasive phone calls, amongst others, shaped the spatial configuration. The need for larger gatherings such as their bi-weekly Forum and other office social events, also informed the design process.
Cashify (formerly Reglobe) is a Gurgaon established online marketing firm primarily dealing in gadget. The office expansion resulted in moving to a larger office of approximately 10,000 sq.ft spread over two levels.
The requirement included more than 120 workstations, manager, meeting cabins and separate reception area with waiting spaces.

Cairn India’s exhaustive Design Brief aims to create a sustainable workplace Solution that incorporates the Best Design Practices of Interior Space Planning. Conceived as an ambitious Corporate Office relocation Project, the client brief defines a Collaborative environment with open and transparent spaces, with an option of being flexible and scalable. Imbibing the firm’s Culture while crafting a Work-Centric space, the intent was to create a friendly, yet professional Office Space that is Global in appeal, young, lively, open and vibrant and open in its treatment and spurs its people to be result-oriented, exploratory and analytical.
The architecture of the house explores a play of volumes, materials and stark play of light & shadow. The volume blocking is strong & rigid with a further accentuation through contrasting materials – the stunning corten steel with stark whites. Corten steel is used prominently on the façade with seamless joining techniques following a strict geometry. The monotony of white blocks is broken with sharp block patterns created through aluminum grooves.
The project entailed taking a completed building and designing the interiors for it with obvious constraints imposed on the interior architecture as the building design was done independently and with little provision for the intended and eventual use of the building. Although this was a huge challenge, but also made the design process immensely interesting.
Located in suburban NCR within proximity of central Delhi and very close to the International airport, Gulf Adiba is a proposed IT/ ITES office complex located in Udyog Vihar Phase II, Gurgaon. Just 1km off the National Highway 8, the building is aptly positioned on a 4000 sq m industrial plot within a dense office complex site comprising of other similar milieu.

Originating from this notion, CYBERWALK was conceived to bring man and nature together, within an office environment that would enable better Ideation, creative thinking that would lead to innovation in a relaxed working environment.
