T4 House in HàNội, ViệtNam by Landmak Architecture

Tuesday, June 13th, 2017

Article source: Landmak Architecture

T4 HOUSE is a house located in the same massively constructed villas with the typical design. But to the landlord it’s a “timeline” with many ups and downs after more than a decade living there.

When they moved to a new house, instead of selling this house, they decided to renovate it for rent. This was a way to help this house both have people living and be operated to keep it from degrading, but to them (the landlord) it’s kept as a memory.

Binh House in Ha Noi, Vietnam by Landmak Architecture

Wednesday, August 10th, 2016

Article source: Landmak Architecture

This house is built on a bad land shape which is separated from the narrowest part of a large land. It has ugly shape and is most cramped. In suburban, people often build houses on very large land plots, therefore, the small area (in comparison with the land in this area) is paid less attention to build a house.

Wednesday, February 11th, 2015

Article source: Landmak Architecture, jsc

This space was originally an above part of the bedroom (at the 3rd floor) of the old mansion which is set up many technical systems (electric system, water system, and air-conditioner), and this part is quite high. We have added one more floor in order to divide its height into two parts with the aim of creating to an additional floor (meanwhile, the underneath bedroom is still assured its height) for the purpose of the warehouse.
